VILLA LA HACIENDA HOLIDAY HOME IN NERJA
Villa La Hacienda is a terraced holiday home that is perfect for beach lovers. The beautiful golden yellow beach of Burriana is just 350 metres (15 min walk) away. You can walk there easily. From your terrace with heated private swimming pool (plunge pool) you have a unique sea view. In addition, there is an enclosed communal swimming pool that you can use. You can easily walk to many nice terraces and restaurants (15 min walk). Sandy beaches, azure blue sea and summer sun as far as the eye can see, and plenty of culture in the surrounding area.
In the historic centre of Nerja, you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and small balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish archways that provide access to covered alleys between the houses. Do not forget to visit the viewpoint 'Balcon de Europa', from where you have a particularly beautiful view over the city. With a few minutes of driving, you are in the nearby mountainous nature area where you will find many beautiful viewpoints, including the coastline of no less than 16 km.

Villa La Hacienda is a terraced villa, located in the La Hacienda neighbourhood which has recently been completely renovated. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen. From the living room, you step onto the spectacular terrace with a view of Burriana beach. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds (180 x 80 cm). On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and shower above. There is also wifi, air conditioning, and a washing machine present.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA LA HACIENDA
Your own private terrace has a dining area with sea view and a delightful heated swimming pool (plunge pool 2 x 1 m). This holiday home is perfect for families with children. There is a fenced communal swimming pool (8 x 6 m, depth 0.55 – 1.85 m) with a spacious lawn around it. The inner garden is enclosed so that children cannot easily run onto the street. The communal swimming pool is open all year round from 09:00 – 21:00.

The villa is located great, not even 5 minutes walk to the beach and view minutes to the old town. The view from terrace is amazing and we also enjoyed the little heated pool. It was very clean and the kitchen equipment was excellent, everything was see more

De villa is geweldig gelegen, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van het strand en op een paar minuten van het oude centrum. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig en we hebben ook genoten van het kleine verwarmde zwembad. Het was erg schoon en de keukensee more

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig en we hebben ook genoten van het kleine verwarmde zwembad. Het was erg schoon en de keukenuitrusting was uitstekend, alles was bijna gloednieuw. Er is vloerverwarming wat een verblijf tijdens de koudere maanden echt comfortabel maakt. De service van het agentschap is 5* en zeer professioneel. - Patrice Gansfort
