VILLA ZJAQIE IN MURLA
What a fantastic place with a phenomenal view! Villa Zjaqie is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Murla. Away from the hustle and bustle, you'll find a lovely holiday home with a private swimming pool where you can fully enjoy the peace and outdoor life. The Dutch owners have furnished the villa with taste and the house is equipped with all conveniences.
The village of Murla is located in a picturesque setting, right in the middle of a lush landscape of almond trees, vineyards and citrus orchards surrounded by hills and mountains. Although Murla is not a direct coastal location, it is strategically situated between the inland mountains and the tourist coastal strip of the Costa Blanca. About 25 kilometres away, you will find the Mediterranean Sea, with popular coastal towns such as Calpe, Moraira and Jávea within easy reach. The proximity of larger places like Jalón (Xaló), Orba and Benigembla ensures that shops and restaurants are never far away.
Villa Zjaqie is a detached villa suitable for 6 people, with lots of privacy, private swimming pool, various terraces, a veranda and a large garden with, among others, palm trees, flowers and fruit trees. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and consists of an upper and lower floor.
LAYOUT
The upper floor is accessible via the front of the house. From the private parking space, you walk up a small staircase to the front door. Here you enter directly into the atmospheric living room with plenty of natural light, air conditioning, a seating area, a wood-burning stove, a 6-person dining table and the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge/freezer combination. On this floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1: double bed (180 x 200cm) with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. From the living room, you walk directly to the naja with the incredibly beautiful view over the green valley and the mountains. Lovely to have breakfast here in the morning, drink a cup of coffee or simply enjoy the surroundings.
From the entrance hall, you walk via a short staircase to the terrace with BBQ and the lovely private swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table with 6 chairs, parasol and an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. You have a view of both the swimming pool and the mountains. A delightful spot to dine comfortably for hours.
By the swimming pool are 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The swimming pool is not fenced and is located on a slightly higher level, potentially less suitable for small children.
The lower floor is reached from the terrace by the swimming pool; with a few steps you reach the garden and the lower living level.
Here you will find a small living-play room, a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. You enter through the hall, and from here you can go to the living-play room, which is equipped with a seating area, TV and an Air Hockey game. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine. Bedroom 3 and 4: both equipped with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ZJAQIE
The villa offers plenty of privacy, a large garden and is south-facing. Outdoor living is fantastic, there is a lovely spot to spend hours together enjoying a cosy BBQ or that delightful breakfast in the morning. The sun loungers with parasol invite you to relax wonderfully, interspersed with a dip in the delightful private swimming pool. The car can be parked on the private grounds.
In short, Villa Zjaqie is perfectly suited for a successful holiday!

Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
