Welcome to Villa Sol Naciente. A luxurious detached villa from Dutch owners. This villa in Moraira has everything for a perfect holiday. Think of comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom, a modern kitchen, cozy living room and fantastic outdoor living. And beautifull seaview from the roof terrace. Perfect LocationThe villa is within walking distance of the golf course restaurants, bars, shops, a gym, two supermarkets and a beautiful rocky bay for snorkeling.

LAYOUT VILLA SOL NACIENTE
Inside Villa Sol Naciente you feel the space and light due to the open layout. The living room has large sliding doors that provide direct access to the spacious pool terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the pool. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine and milk frother for the perfect cup of coffee. From the kitchen you can step onto the covered terrace where there is a comfortable dining area. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a Sonos system. There is fiber optic WiFi 5-G. Separate toilet is available.The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with rain shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, rain shower, sink and toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The third room has 2 single beds, rain shower and a sink. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows, so you always enjoy a good night's sleep. There are two hairdryers available.
OUTDOORS AND VIEWS AT VILLA SOL NACIENTE
Outside, a large terrace with a covered lounge area awaits. In addition, there are six comfortable sunbeds around the pool. The canopy provides shaded areas for dining or relaxing. The garden of Villa Sol Naciente is beautifully landscaped with green plants, offers complete privacy and is beautifully illuminated by automatic lighting. You reach the villa via an electrically opened gate, where there is room for two cars on the private property. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the villa.And last but not least: from the roof terrace of Villa Sol Naciente you have a breathtaking view of the sea. It is the ideal place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a drink in hand that make this villa a true paradise.

Huge beautiful Villa with all the facilities you need. I really liked that everything is close by and there are nice villages in the area. Nicely kept garden, which made us prefer to stay around the house with family and friends. I would definitely rsee more

The location was central and good, but very noisy due to the many immediate neighbors. Unfortunately, there were a few parties in the house before us. Unfortunately, there is no good outdoor shower by the pool.

We have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Delicious with the heated pool! Cozy breakfast on the terrace. Beautiful view by the pool. We had lunch at Bar La cabana with beautiful sea views. A few times at the German restaurant down here, they see more
We have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Delicious with the heated pool! Cozy breakfast on the terrace. Beautiful view by the pool. We had lunch at Bar La cabana with beautiful sea views. A few times at the German restaurant down here, they have delicious schnitzels. At No Nonsense the food was delicious (Ned. owner). We have visited the waterfalls Fonts de l'Algar. Too bad that all restaurants there are closed. Incidentally, the entrance was therefore free. If you're not so good at walking it is not feasible to walk here at the waterfalls. Safari Aitana is also fun to do, it's high in the mountains. With your car you drive through the park and you can take pictures with the elephants. Who knows, we'll be back!

When I talk about our recent vacation in Moraira I focus on 2 aspects, firstly the booking process and the role of Casita, secondly the Villa Sol Naciente itself and the Casita contacts on site. I experienced Casita Travel from Apeldoorn as a professional, well-organized and customer-friendly organization. What struck me was the personally assigned employee who ensured that every contact was made through her and who was immediately informed of all developments during the booking process. This gives a trusted feeling and helps greatly with the speed and clarity of the process. We experienced Villa Sol Naciente as a very modern and fully equipped house. The accompaniment of Casita Travel on site was as usual in villa rental. There was nothing to report on our part, so we have spent our vacation undisturbed and relaxed. The fact that the water level in the pool slowly diminished midweek did not bother us and after a report to Casita on the spot, this was neatly resolved. This year was our first contact and booking through Casita Travel and as indicated above we have no regrets. On the contrary, our compliments go especially to our supervisor at the office in Apeldoorn.

Geweldig de dames en heer zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam ,niets is de hun zeker teveel. Een prachtige villa boven verwachting. Mooie ligging en omgeving lekker rustig wat wij precies nodig hadden. Leuk was dat we aan Monique hebben gevraagd of zij wat voor ons uit wilde zoeken wat betreft plaats gebied en villa. dit heeft zij uitstekend gedaan . Ze heeft rekening gehouden dat we overal dicht bij zaten omdat wij geen auto hadden. Alles lekker in de buurt en af en toe een taxi genomen, Ook konden we als het nodig was contact opnemen met Erica en Rene en die kwamen dan gelijk naar de villa. dit vonden wij ook heel fijn omdat we toch met drie vrouwen alleen waren. Echt petje af voor al deze mensen

Perfecte ligging. Service Casita Travel is goed, snel en behulpzaam. Ruim huis op goede locatie. Restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Buitenruimte ook top, met genoeg verschillende plekken om te zitten en relaxen.

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten in dit mooie huis. Héérlijk met het verwarmde zwembad! Gezellig ontbijten voor op het terras. Mooi uitzicht bij het zwembad. We hebben heerlijk geluncht bij Bar La cabana met mooi uitzicht op zee. Een paar keer bij het Duisee more
Wij hebben heerlijk genoten in dit mooie huis. Héérlijk met het verwarmde zwembad! Gezellig ontbijten voor op het terras. Mooi uitzicht bij het zwembad. We hebben heerlijk geluncht bij Bar La cabana met mooi uitzicht op zee. Een paar keer bij het Duitse restaurant hier beneden gegeten, ze hebben lekkere schnitzels. Bij No Nonsense was het eten lekker (Ned. eigenaar). We hebben de watervallen bezocht Fonts de l’Algar. Jammer was dat alle restaurantjes daar gesloten zijn. Overigens was de entree daardoor wel gratis. Als je niet zo goed ter been bent is het overigens niet haalbaar om hier te lopen bij de watervallen. Safari Aitana is ook leuk om te doen, het ligt hoog in de bergen. Met je auto rij je door het park en kan je met de olifanten op de foto. Wie weet komen we nog eens terug!

Als ik het over onze recente vakantie in Moraira heb richt ik me op 2 aspecten, ten eerste het boekingsproces en de rol van Casita, ten tweede de Villa Sol Naciente zelf en de Casita contacten ter plaatse. Ik heb Casita Travel uit Apeldoorn ervaren als een professionele, goed georganiseerde en klantvriendelijke organisatie. Opvallend hierbij vond ik de persoonlijk toegewezen medewerkster waardoor elk contact via haar werd verzorgd en zij meteen op de hoogte was van alle ontwikkelingen tijdens het boekingsproces. Dit geeft een vertrouwd gevoel en helpt zeer bij de snelheid en duidelijkheid van het proces. Villa Sol Naciente hebben wij ervaren als een zeer moderne en compleet ingerichte woning. De begeleiding van Casita Travel ter plaatse was zoals dit gebruikelijk is bij villa verhuur. Er viel onzerzijds derhalve niks te melden, waardoor we onze vakantie ongestoord en ontspannen hebben kunnen doorbrengen. De vaststelling dat het waterpeil in het zwembad midweeks langzaam verminderde heeft ons niet gehinderd en na een melding aan Casita ter plaatse is dat netjes opgelost. Dit jaar was ons eerste contact en boeking via Casita Travel en zoals hierboven aangegeven hebben wij hier geen spijt van. Integendeel gaan vooral onze complimenten uit naar onze begeleidster van het kantoor in Apeldoorn.
