Because the house has two complete floors, it is ideal for enjoying a holiday in the Moraira area with family and friends. The tasteful decor, great location and tropical atmosphere make this villa a piece of paradise on earth… .A child-friendly holiday home with playground, jeu de boules and pool security. The security consists of a flexible movable gate that closes the pool, which gives it a safe feeling when the children (without a swimming diploma) play around the pool.

Upstairs Complete open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and balcony doors that you can open while cooking, so you can enjoy the great view in between. You can sit at the kitchen bar and enjoy a drink together while cooking. The tastefully furnished living room has a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels, a SONOS music system and DVD player. The fireplace provides extra warmth during a winter stay. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 x single beds. There is 1 x separate bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. On the naya inside there is a dining area where you can sit comfortably overlooking the terrace, the pool and the blue Mediterranean sea. The cozy living room with fireplace, sitting and dining area has a flat screen TV (Canal Digital) with Dutch channels, SONOS music system and DVD player. All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets and Auping beds with box spring mattresses.

The spacious garden of Villa Royal Palm is full of palm trees, bougainvillea and orange trees. All five terraces, equipped with a dining table or sun beds (6 in total), have a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean sea. In the low-lying garden there is a jeu de boules court and a children's playground. Under the veranda, in Arabic style and with a lounge sofa, you can sit in the shade. There is a private parking space for two cars.

Details
- We have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. A different arrival and departure day is sometimes possible, ask us about the possibilities.- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- The maximum occupancy of this villa is 10 adults/children and 2 babies. With a stay of max. 6 people, you only use the upper floor. The ground floor will then remain closed.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €300,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Royal Palm is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
