SMALL JEWEL VILLA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
What a picture! Villa Pequena Joya is a single-storey modern and atmospheric villa with a private swimming pool. A short drive away (5 min.) you'll find the centre of Moraira (you can already see the village from the villa) with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet. Villa Pequena Joya is a detached Ibiza style villa with a spacious private swimming pool (can be heated) and garden. There is a naya with a dining table where you can enjoy in the shade the dishes made on the barbecue. The villa is located in a quiet environment with a wide view all around with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the fishing village of Moraira you'll find small-scale bays, cosy squares, many restaurants and walking possibilities such as the Paseo Ecológico route.

The living room with atmospheric furnishings has a seating area, music system, air conditioning (hot/cold). Window screens and WiFi are available. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, air fryer, combination microwave, hand blender, citrus press, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob and 2 coffee makers; 1 x filter and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold) and window screens. Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bathroom 2 is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Heating; central heating and via air conditioning hot/cold. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available. A maximum of 1 child's bed can be added.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA PEQUENA JOYA IN MORAIRA
What a lovely outdoor life you experience at this holiday home. Around the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 32 m2 depth 2.25 and heatable on request) are 6 sun loungers and a parasol is present. Under the covered terrace is a dining area and in the garden you will find a typical Spanish stone dining area and there is a lounge bed to relax wonderfully in the shade. The outdoor shower is ideal for refreshing yourself. 1 car can be parked on the private parking space and 3 on the street. The villa with wide view and sea view is certainly a place to make your holiday a beautiful memory.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particulars
- In July and August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must align with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination. We can give you a good recommendation for a reliable car rental company. Interested? Ask us about it when booking.

- Electricity up to 100 kWh per week, excess consumption €0.30 per kWh Optional

- Heated private swimming pool (to be booked in advance, please inform us when booking): pre-heating costs €100 per stay. When using the heatable swimming pool, electricity consumption is higher. Excess consumption will be calculated via the meter on site.
- From mid-April to mid-June and mid-September to end of October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible.
- In July and August, a heated pool cannot be used, the pool water temperature in these months is very pleasant.

Security deposit
A security deposit of € 500,- applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow. To manage the deposit settlement properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTAL
In this property, winter rental is not possible.

For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
