VILLA LOTUS HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
The location of Villa Lotus is phenomenal. The view of the port of Moraira is the first thing you notice. You can walk from your holiday home to the cozy village of Moraira and two of the finest sandy beaches in the area. The villa has a patio in the middle with a nice sitting area and a built-in barbecue. This place has a view of the private pool. Moraira, a fishing village that has remained authentic Spanish at its core, is characterized by the narrow streets in the center, winding along nice terraces and restaurants. Everything within reach for a successful holiday in Moraira!
LAYOUT VILLA LOTUS
Through the hall of the entrance you enter the living room, equipped with a cozy sitting area with satellite television. There is a well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and oven. Bedroom 1 can be reached through the living room and bedroom 2 through the hall, they have two double beds and both have an ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a bath / shower combination, toilet and sink and the other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
On the upper floor, only accessible by stairs outside, is a bedroom with a (small) French bed (round corners) there is no toilet facilities on this floor. On the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. Attached to the main house of Villa Lotus is an independent guest house with its own entrance. Here is a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen bathroom and terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Mosquito screens are present in all bedrooms, except in bedroom 3 (upstairs).
PRIVATE OUTDOORS AT VILLA LOTUS
It is lovely to spend your time outside at Villa Lotus. The large swimming pool (12 x 5m) is great for cooling off and playing. There is an outdoor shower and 8 sun loungers. From your lounger you have an amazing view of the sea! The patio has a cozy seating area and is quite cool in the summer and pleasant to sit in the winter. There is one parking space for a car, several cars can be parked in front of the villa on the street.

- If you are staying with 4 people, but you want to have the guesthouse available, you pay the price from 5 people.
- If you are staying with 5-6 people, the guesthouse will be used.
If you still want to use all bedrooms, a surcharge per room per day will be charged. Ask us about the surcharges.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTERMONTHS
Villa Lotus is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 2250 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning (€ 125 for max. 4 persons, € 150 for 5-6 persons and € 175 for 7-8 persons), bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR warranty. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: € 0,40 per kWh extra use (via meter)

Location is fine, beautiful view over the sea, and within walking distance of Moraira, a steep hill when you come back from a dinner. Moraira, is a friendly village, nice people Everything is there what you can wense, supermarket, bakery, butcher etc. Daarnaast a variety of restaurants, which beautiful and good dishes of good quality, what we noticed that the price-quality ratio is higher than we are used to in the Netherlands.

The personal contact prior to booking was very pleasant and immediately gave us confidence. The local contact was nice. There was a good introduction and that felt good. Villa Lotus is a house where it is pleasant to stay. The location is good, within walking distance of the center, and the villa is well equipped. Even the TV was tuned to the person staying there. All Dutch channels were available. Never experienced that before! We have fourteen days of sunshine to enjoy and a pleasant temperature. That also contributed to being able to look back on a good stay. It is the first time that I have nothing to say about a rented house. It was just fine. Thank you for guiding us so well in making our choice. I have become an enthusiastic supporter of Casita Travel.

The pool was a daily treat for the kids, the patio is wonderfully cool and the sea view is simply fantastic. The independent guest house was the perfect place to sleep for grandpa and grandma who came to visit for a week. The location of the house is also ideal; the village, restaurants, stores and the beautiful sandy beach El Portet are literally around the corner. This made Villa Lotus the ideal place for our family vacation. Actually, we have not found any negative points. Good and friendly service also from Casita Travel... thanks!

Toch vervelend om te vernemen dat het onduidelijk voor jullie was dat er ter plaatse nog extra kosten betaald dienen te worden voor airconditioning en eleketriciteit. Deze extra kosten hebben we online staan bij de villa en terug te vinden op jullie boekingsbevestiging. We ontvangen jullie in de toekomst graag weer in een van onze vakantiehuizen. Zeer goede ligging, dicht bij het dorp, op loopafstand. Wij verbleven in Villa Lotus van 1.10-15.10.2021 en kunnen dit huis ten zeerste aanbevelen. Goed onderhouden villa. Alles zeer schoon, goed onderhouden inrichting, mooie tuin en groot zwembad. Gsee more

We kunnen terugzien op een heerlijke vakantie en een zeer aangenaam verblijf in Villa Lotus. De villa voldeed aan alle verwachtingen die we vooraf via uw organisatie hadden gekregen. Het persoonlijk contact voorafgaande aan de boeking was heel prettig en dat gaf direct veel vertrouwen. Het plaatselijk contact was fijn. Er was een goede introductie en dat voelde goed. Villa Lotus is een huis waarin het plezierig is te verblijven. De ligging is goed, op loopafstand van het centrum, en de villa is goed uitgerust. Zelfs de tv was afgestemd op degene die er verblijft. Alle Nederlandse zenders waren te verkrijgen. Nog nooit meegemaakt! We hebben veertien dagen van de zon kunnen genieten en van een aangename temperatuur. Dat droeg ook bij tot het kunnen terugkijken op een goed verblijf. Het is voor het eerst dat ik niets op te merken over een gehuurd huis. Het was gewoon goed. Dank aan jullie dat we vooraf zo goed begeleid werden in de te maken keuze. Ik ben een enthousiaste supporter van Casita Travel geworden.

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in Villa Lotus in Moraira. Wat een fijn huis! Ruim, netjes en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was elke dag weer een feest voor de kinderen, de patio is heerlijk koel en het uitzicht over zee is simsee more
Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in Villa Lotus in Moraira. Wat een fijn huis! Ruim, netjes en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was elke dag weer een feest voor de kinderen, de patio is heerlijk koel en het uitzicht over zee is simpelweg fantastisch. Het zelfstandige gastenverblijf was de perfecte slaapplek voor opa en oma die een week op bezoek kwamen. Ook de locatie van het huis is ideaal; het dorp, restaurants, winkels en het prachtige zandstrand El Portet liggen letterlijk om de hoek. Dit maakte Villa Lotus de ideale plek voor onze gezinsvakantie. Eigenlijk hebben we helemaal geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken. Goede en vriendelijke service ook vanuit Casita Travel… bedankt!
