VILLA LA SIËSTA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
We fell a in love with this fresh and modern decorated holiday home in Moraira. The Dutch owners have done a good job, Villa la Siësta in Moraira is a top holiday home in a very central location close to all amenities and the most beautiful beaches. This comfortable villa with private pool is located just 1.5 km from Cala Baladrar bay, a nice beach away from the crowds. For more entertainment, follow the beautiful coastal road to the cozy and small-scale village of Moraira, 4 km away.
LAYOUT VILLA LA SIËSTA
Two complete floors
The fully fenced area of villa La Siësta with private pool is closed by a gate. From this entrance you enter the grounds of this beautiful villa. There is a beautiful lounge area furnished and a few steps up you enter the terrace of the house above. This terrace has a dining area and a beautiful view of the surroundings with the sea in the distance. The (new) open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The living room is very comfortable and modern with a sitting area, fireplace, television, a dining area and ceiling fan. The patio doors give acces to the nice terrace. Bedroom 1: two single beds. Bedroom 2: a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Mosquito nets and shutters are provided for the windows in the bedrooms. Back through the terrace and down a flight of stairs you enter the grounds of the pool and the outdoor bar this also leads to the entrance of the fully furnished ground floor apartment. The living room is nicely furnished: television and an open passage to the sitting area and open kitchen with all necessary facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker and oven. Bedroom 3: two single beds. Bedroom 4: a double bed. The second bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Through the back door in the downstairs bedroom you immediately reach the covered lounge area with dining table and garden with hammock. Tthe living room / dining area is connected to the patio area and the pool with covered dining area.The two floors are not connected to each other from the inside. Both have their own entrance.
In a separate room there is a washing machine you can use.
PRIVATE OUDOOR SPACE AT VILLA LA SIËSTA
A wonderful place to celebrate your holliday with family or friends and escape from the hustle and bustle of home. The garden is spacious yet cozy. Right outside the goundfloor door is the private swimming pool. Around the pool are modern sunbeds, a parasol and side tables. The outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue guarantee long and balmy summer evenings. The garden is nicely landscaped with trees, plants and there is even a completely renovated space behind the house for relaxing. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. You can park your car next to the villa this is a dead end. Villa La Siësta is a unique holiday home for the whole family or for larger groups.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €300,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible from november to march.
