VILLA ENCANTO HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
A charming villa with a private swimming pool, spacious terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Within walking distance (about 15 min) you will find the centre of Moraira with restaurants, shops and the Platja l'Ampolla beach. Villa Encanto is a detached, single-storey villa with a spacious private swimming pool (kidney-shaped approx. 8 x 2.50m), veranda with lounge sofa, and there is also a charcoal barbecue available. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. In the fishing village of Moraira, you will find small-scale bays, cosy squares, many restaurants and walking opportunities such as the Paseo Ecológico route.

From the terrace, you enter the living room with a seating area, fireplace, air conditioning (hot/cold), ceiling fan, central heating, television (via streaming) and dining area. Wifi is available. The closed kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob and a fully automatic coffee machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 3: two single beds (110x200) air conditioning (hot/cold) and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. All bedrooms are equipped with window screens. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.

What a delightful outdoor life you experience in this holiday home. Around the private swimming pool, there are 6 sun loungers and a parasol. There is also an outdoor shower. The canopy provides shade to have breakfast together at the dining table in the morning or to dine long during warm summer evenings. There is a comfortable seating area on the veranda. 2 (rental) cars can be parked in your own parking space. The spacious grounds of Villa Encanto are completely enclosed.

Special Notes
- In July and August, we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday with a minimum stay of 14 nights.
- In other months, arrivals and departures are allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must connect with previous/next bookings or there must be at least 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To effectively manage the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance. Deduction will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Winter rental is not possible.

For information regarding regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
