CASA MARISOL HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa Marisol is a quiet and beautifully situated holiday home in Moraira. This family home at the Costa Blanca is located on a spacious plot of 960 m4! The cozy outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher) next to the pool is a great place to spend some family time. It is a beautiful living space during the summer. Enjoy a nice breakfast and lunch in the shade and play family games at the large table in the evening. In the beautifully landscaped garden there are many fruit trees ...... picking is allowed!
LAYOUT OF CASA MARISOL
Via the driveway with private parking you enter the terrace of Casa Marisol. The house can be entered via a staircase of 4 steps. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer and Senseo coffee maker. The dishwasher and washing machine can be found in the outdoor kitchen. Through the hallway you enter bedroom one with a double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom two also has a double bed and a ceiling fan. The bedrooms and bathroom have mosquito screens at the windows. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious and cozy living room has a sitting area with TV and air conditioning. The round dining area has a great view over the garden and pool. In the living room there is a sofa bed for the 5th person, suitable for a child up to 10 years old.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA MARISOL
Chances are that you and your family will spend every hour of the day in the spacious garden. This is very well possible because of the large covered outdoor kitchen. The pool has a size of 8 x 4 meters. The photos show sliders over the pool that are intended for the winter period. In the summer, these open completely, sliding it to one side and a large part will be stored in the garage. A small piece remains on one side of the pool, which will not bother you. There are four nice solid sun beds and a cozy seat with umbrella on the spacious terrace. The second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is only accessible from the terrace. In the beautifully landscaped garden you will find a jeu de boules alley. Fun guaranteed!

- In the May holiday, autumn holiday and the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next
bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

A security deposit for Casa Marisol is applied of € 150,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible from november to march.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
