Casa Contenta Holiday Home in Moraira
Found! A nice and well-equipped holiday home near (10 minutes walk) the beaches, shops and restaurants of the charming town of Moraira. The outdoor life at Casa Contenta is fantastic, it is equipped with a spacious terrace, private swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor kitchen. With partial view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Layout of Casa Contenta
The main entrance of Casa Contenta can be accessed via a few steps of the stairs located at the very spacious car park. Here you walk into the hallway of the holiday home. Another option is to walk around the house from the car park, so you can enter the terrace side of the house without taking any stairs. Everything is on the same level from that point, and after opening the large steel doors, you are in the open space where the living room, kitchen, and dining area are located. The living room has a Smart TV, music system, and a seating area. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, and large American refrigerator. Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm) with an en-suite room with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm). Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds. Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT CASA CONTENTA
From the living room, you walk onto the veranda, where there is a lounge sofa and a small round dining table. This is a lovely spot to enjoy your breakfast in the shade or sit on the sofa with a book during the hottest part of the day. From here, you also have a good view of the private swimming pool and the surroundings. By the pool (8x4), there are 6 sun loungers with soft cushions on the very spacious terrace. The dining table is located by the outdoor kitchen with a large gas barbecue that invites you to prepare the most delicious dishes. The (enclosed) terrain around the villa is very spacious. Children can play nicely here, and there is space to park 6 cars. Casa Contenta has all the ingredients for a successful holiday in Moraira.

You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Contenta is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The casa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance upon booking. If more than 1 gas bottle is used per week, the excess usage will be paid in cash on site at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March (outside the Christmas holiday), the rental price is €1195 per week, if you book 4 weeks, you pay for 3 weeks. In the two weeks of Christmas holiday, the rental price is € 1295 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory.
The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

Install wall brackets in the showers, the floors are quite slippery and you cannot find support. The sunbeds by the pool are very hard and are not comfortable, a loose mattress would be more comfortable.

Casa Contenta is a beautiful house with all amenities. Spacious rooms, beautiful outdoor area with pool and loungers etc. Very nice outdoor kitchen and also a table tennis table. Location of the house is excellent. Quiet yet within walking distance of both village (Moraira), beach and store(s). Moraira is a very nice place with basically only low-rise buildings.

Huis is gelegen op een top locatie. Prettig ontvangst en rondleiding gehad. Huis is heerlijk gelijkvloers, heeft een prachtige buitenkeuken en was goed schoon. Ook erg fijne badkamers! Je voelt je er snel thuis en hebben hele fijne weken gehad.
Huis is gelegen op een top locatie. Prettig ontvangst en rondleiding gehad. Huis is heerlijk gelijkvloers, heeft een prachtige buitenkeuken en was goed schoon. Ook erg fijne badkamers! Je voelt je er snel thuis en hebben hele fijne weken gehad.

Goed geholpen door Casita Travel. De ligging verdient een 9/10, zeer goed. Alles (dorp/strand/winkels) binnen loopafstand van maximaal 10 minuten. Casa Contenta is een prachtig huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime kamers, prachtige buitenruimte metsee more
Goed geholpen door Casita Travel. De ligging verdient een 9/10, zeer goed. Alles (dorp/strand/winkels) binnen loopafstand van maximaal 10 minuten. Casa Contenta is een prachtig huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime kamers, prachtige buitenruimte met zwembad en ligstoelen etc. Hele mooie buitenkeuken en ook nog een tafeltennistafel. Ligging van het huis is uitstekend. Rustig maar toch binnen loopafstand van zowel dorp (Moraira), strand als winkel(s). Moraira is een hele leuke plaats met eigenlijk alleen laagbouw.
