CASA CONTENTA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Found it ! A nice and well-furnished holiday home close to the (10 minutes walk) beaches, shops and restaurants of the charming town of Moraira. The outdoor life at Casa Contenta is fantastic, it has a spacious terrace, private pool and outdoor kitchen. With partial view of the Mediterranean Sea.
LAYOUT CASA CONTENTA
The main entrance of Casa Contenta can be entered via a few steps of the stairs that is located at the spacious parking place. On this side you enter the hall of the holiday home. Another possibility is to walk around the house from the parking place, so you can reach the terrace side of the house without taking any stairs, where you can also enter the house. From here everything is on one level and after opening the large steel doors you are in the open space where the living room, kitchen and dining area are located. The living room has a Smart TV, music system and a sitting area. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large American fridge. Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm) with an ensuite room with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed (1.60x2.00cm). Bedroom 3: 2 x single bed. Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.
OUTSIDE AT CASA CONTENTA
From the living room you walk onto the veranda, here is a lounge sofa and small round dining table. This is a lovely place to enjoy your breakfast in the shade or sit on the sofa with a book during the hottest time of the day. from here you also have a good view of the private pool and the surroundings. There are 6 sun loungers and matresses on the very spacious terrace by the pool. The dining table is next to the outdoor kitchen with a large gas BBQ that invites you to prepare the tastiest dishes. The (enclosed) grounds around the villa are very spacious. Children can play and there is room to park 6 cars.Casa Contenta has all the ingredients for a successful holiday in Moraira !

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Contenta is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The casa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March (excluding the Christmas holidays) the rent is €1195 per week. If you book 4 weeks, you pay 3 weeks. During the two weeks of Christmas holidays, the rent is €1295 per week.
Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.

Install wall brackets in the showers, the floors are quite slippery and you cannot find support. The sunbeds by the pool are very hard and are not comfortable, a loose mattress would be more comfortable.

Location of the house is excellent. Quiet yet within walking distance of both village (Moraira), beach and store(s). Moraira is a very nice place with basically only low-rise buildings.

Het huis kent een fijne indeling met veel verschillende zitjes buiten. De keuken heeft luxe apparatuur van zeer goede kwaliteit. De buitenkeuken is super en de badkamers en met stortdouches zijn top.

Goed geholpen door Casita Travel. De ligging verdient een 9/10, zeer goed. Alles (dorp/strand/winkels) binnen loopafstand van maximaal 10 minuten. Casa Contenta is een prachtig huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime kamers, prachtige buitenruimte metsee more
Goed geholpen door Casita Travel. De ligging verdient een 9/10, zeer goed. Alles (dorp/strand/winkels) binnen loopafstand van maximaal 10 minuten. Casa Contenta is een prachtig huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime kamers, prachtige buitenruimte met zwembad en ligstoelen etc. Hele mooie buitenkeuken en ook nog een tafeltennistafel. Ligging van het huis is uitstekend. Rustig maar toch binnen loopafstand van zowel dorp (Moraira), strand als winkel(s). Moraira is een hele leuke plaats met eigenlijk alleen laagbouw.
