This paradise is located in a quiet green residential area from Benissa-Costa / just outside of Moraira and near the beautiful beaches of, among others, La Fustera and Moraira. You will not lack for luxury and comfort, this holiday home is very stylishly furnished using modern design. Beautiful color combinations, natural materials, fine fabrics ... everything is right! Casa Maribelle in Moraira is a lovely detached villa consisting of two floors with the kitchen, large living room and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. From the terrace at the private pool you have a beautiful view. A holiday home where you will quickly feel at home.
LAYOUT CASA MARIBELLE
At Casa Maribelle the dining table is prominent in the conservatory where you have a view of the terrace and private pool. The glass doors of the conservatory can all be opened, so you can eat in the shade in the summer while still feeling the outside air. The living room is light and spacious and equipped with a spacious sofa, television and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas stove with large oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
On the ground floor of this holiday home there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet, one of which has a bath. The beds are very good quality box springs. In the master bedroom there is a box spring which can also be made up as two single beds. Separate toilet is also availableas well as a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms, which can be reached via a staircase on the outside. Bedroom 3 has one ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony with seating you have a beautiful sea view. Bedroom 4 and 5 share the fourth bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet in the hallway. There is air conditioning in all five bedrooms.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA MARIBELLE
The outdoors of this holiday home is perfect. In the garden you will find a lovely private swimming pool with 6 sun beds and white lounge chairs all around. On the outside terrace of Casa Maribelle you can enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning. After a nice beach day, you can fully enjoy the outdoor barbecue with lounge. In the lounge with dining table and outdoor barbecue / oven / grill you can enjoy cooking outside. There is a carport for two cars and enough space for a possible third car in the street.

Casa Maribelle is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning. There is also underfloor heating and a fireplace, both on gas. The costs for this are € 75 per week, which you must pay in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

Quick response to questions, welcomed with a bottle of bubbles. Location was good, could have been a little closer to the coast. Lots of outdoor space, nice pool, beautiful rooms and decoration of the whole house. We really enjoyed our vacation. We wsee more

We would definitely recommend this destination but would not go there a second time. We never go to a destination for more than one time. And that they charged us an extra 55 euros for that, that was not so pleasant. The explanation for this was that we had also set up the air conditioning in the rooms upstairs, but that couldn't be helped, the people in our party also had cold in their bedrooms during the first few days. After contact by phone that problem was solved, but in the living room we just could not get the heating higher . Even after telephone contact with Jacqueline, your local contact in Spain. That and the slightly inferior location of the villa was for us a minus point.

As Ibiza lovers we wanted something different and we have found it in Casa Maribelle. Beautiful house for a nice price. Despite being surrounded by many other houses, it was super quiet and you had no problems with the neighbors. Everything within short driving distance. We will definitely come back next year!

Because of the temperature we did not use the pool as much as we hoped, it would have been nice to know before booking that the pool could not be heated. Furthermore, we are very satisfied with Casitatravel's thinking along and organizing, fast and adequate responses and a very good appropriate advice, thank you very much! Thank you again for the services provided, we can highly recommend your travel agency.

Dat doen we nooit. Maar de kans dat we weer boeken bij Casita travel is zeer groot.

Als Ibiza lovers wilden we nu eens wat anders en dat hebben we gevonden in Casa Maribelle. Prachtig huis voor een mooie prijs. Ondanks dat het omringd is door vele andere huizen, was het er super rustig en had je geen last van de buren. Alles op korte rij-afstand. We komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, vriendelijke ontvangst en prettige afhandeling aan het einde van de week. Door de temperatuur hebben we niet zoveel gebruik van het zwembad gemaakt als gehoopt, het was wel fijn geweest om voor de boeking te weten dat het bad niet verwarmd kon worden. Verder zijn we zeer tevreden over het meedenken en organiseren van Casitatravel, snelle en adequate reacties en een heel goed passend advies, zeer bedankt daarvoor! Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor de geboden diensten, wij kunnen jullie reisbureau van harte aanbevelen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa! Het is echt een heel fijn huis. Ons dochtertje vond de open kasten erg interessant ?? Het huis is gezellig en heel compleet uitgerust qua keukengerei etc. Er waren zelfs kruiden en schoonmasee more
