This luxury Italian dream villa with private pool is located on a beautiful estate with its own vineyard and olive grove. There are two country houses on the estate, each with their own private pool and plenty of privacy. Villa Storica is an 18th century country house with views over the entire valley from Urbino to Fano. The villa has been carefully restored to fully meet modern comforts while preserving all the historical elements. Villa Storica used to be the summer residence of the Archbishops of Urbino and it therefore features a private chapel and an underground tunnel. This unique place breathes history and has been owned by the same Italian family for over 100 years. Admire the old olive trees and vineyard on the estate or enjoy a real Italian meal on the terrace with the whole family. In addition to a nice lounge, the balcony on the first floor also has a nice sitting area, the ideal place to end the day with a glass of Italian wine. Here you can completely unwind.

Villa Storica is located in Le Marche in eastern Italy, on the Adriatic Sea. Villa Storica enjoys a nice location, near the sea and nestled between the hills of Le Marche. You can enjoy hiking and cycling in this picturesque area. You are also within 5 minutes drive at a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy (In Montemaggiore Al Metauro). You can ideally explore the area from the villa with a rental car. The beautiful old town (UNESCO heritage) Urbino is a 30 min drive. For example, Fano ('the city of luck') is a very beautiful coastal town 15 minutes' drive away. You will encounter many Roman influences here. Admire, for example, the beautiful old city wall. The square Piazza XXII Settembre is also worth a visit, with its lucky fountain and impressive theater. In the vicinity of Fano you will also find many beautiful sandy beaches. Gola del Furlo is a 25-minute drive from the villa. This impressive gorge is part of a large nature reserve, you can take amazing walks here.

LAYOUT OF VILLA STORICA
On the first floor of Villa Storica there is a long hallway which gives access to a dining and living room, kitchen and salon. additional, there is a staircase here that leads to the upper floor. In the large dining and living room there is a table for 14 people. In addition, you will find a sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and a satellite TV. This room has a arched, glass door that gives access to the old, charming wine cellar. A special feature is that the cellar leads you to a fully renovated underground tunnel. This tunnel shows the rich history of the estate and runs all the way to Villa Antico Casolare, the other villa on the estate. The villa's kitchen has a chic, yet homely feel with its red, shiny cabinets. From the kitchen, two large patio doors lead to the terrace outside the villa. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen machine, electric slicer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and kitchen utensils. Finally, on the first floor you will find a cozy, warm lounge, with comfortable sofas, where you can relax and play games all evening.

On the second floor, you will find a large hall with leather sofas and antique furniture. The hall gives access to four suites, two of which have a spacious terrace with phenomenal views. The suites are elegantly furnished, with antique furniture and romantic details. The main suite has an intimate atmosphere due to its warm colors and features a double bed. In addition, this suite has an en suite bathroom of pink marble from Portugal, with toilet, bidet, sink and whirl pool. The other suites (suite 2, 3 and 4) are equipped with two single beds, which can be found on a mezzanine. The suites all have a lounge area with TV and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower/bath and washbasin. The sofa in the suites can be used as a double sofa bed. This makes these suites suitable for four guests.

Furthermore, there is high-speed WiFi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA STORICA
Villa Storica is located on a large estate, along with another country house- Villa Antico Casolare. The estate dominates the entire Metauro valley. You will find here, among other things, a park, forest, olive grove and vineyard. In addition, there is a playing field. Guests are allowed to use this entire site! The rural environment guarantees that you can completely relax and imagine yourself in a place where time has stood still. Closer to the villa you will find a spacious private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is surrounded by a hedge, which gives a feeling of privacy. The garden is full of beautiful flowers. There are several nice lounge and seating areas, with both comfortable sofas and dining tables, where you can spend the summer evenings with a glass of red wine. You will also find its own chapel here, which is dedicated to San Rocco. In fact, from one of the suites you can access the balcony of the chapel, where the owner of the estate used to listen to mass.
