This luxury and modern villa in the sunny south of Gran Canaria is located in a villa park around the golf course. This holiday home has a private heated pool. During your stay you can also use the heated communal pool. This way it is possible to swim in two swimming pools. Do you fancy a day of relaxation at the beach? Within 15 minutes by car you will be at the beautiful sandy beaches in Maspalomas. You do not have to leave the large estate for a supermarket with daily fresh bread. Fresh hot buns are on your doorstep in the morning.

This luxurious villa with private pool in Gran Canaria has a beautiful interior with many shades of white and modern furniture. There are several types of villas, so the interior can be different. The very luxurious kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The spacious living room has a fresh and modern design with a wonderfully comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, large TV screen, and DVD player. In most villas on the complex, the Dutch television channel BVN-TV can be received. The bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, the two bathrooms each have a bath/shower combination, toilet, and a sink. Each villa has air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING AT VILLA LAGOS I IN MASPALOMAS
You can walk straight onto the terrace from the living room. Relax here or go for a swim in the nice private pool. Do you like sunbathing? Then use the sunbeds that you will find on the well-kept lawn. The pool water can also be heated on request for a surcharge. It is also possible to use the large communal pool for free. The restaurant with a view over the golf course has a varying menu with delicious dishes. Each villa has its own private parking space.

Villa Blue is a modern villa on ground level with private pool in walking distance from the beach of San Augustín. Not often do we come across such particularly beautiful places. Here you can experience the luxury of everything within walking distance: the sandy beach of San Augustín, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In the garden is the private pool. This bright and spacious villa has been beautifully decorated using modern design. The ideal beach house for young and old.
The beach of San Augustín is much more quiet compared to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. Here you will find peace and tranquility far away from mass tourism. Many families with children come here because of the sheltered location. During the weekend it is a bit busier on the beach since it's famous with locals as well. This beach is also favorite with runners because of it's unique location and excellent running opportunities.
LAYOUT OF VILLA BLUE
This villa is all on ground level. The modern living room has a fine sofa, satellite television and DVD player. The open kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer, large shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning and wifi available.
OUTDOORS OF VILLA BLUE
You have a covered terrace outside so you can sit in the shade on the hot summer days. On the lawn (artificial grass) is a high quality garden set where you can have breakfast in the sun. Further on is the private swimming pool. Next to the pool are sunbeds. The beach is at walking distance.
