FINCA ELODIA HOLIDAY HOME IN EL TABLERO
Finca Elodia is the ideal family villa for several families or a large family. This holiday home with heated private pool on Gran Canaria is located in the sunny south on the edge of a quiet village in the green surrounded by palms and many fruit trees. Pick fresh mangoes while gazing at the view of the blue ocean and the green golf course in the distance. In addition to the wonderful heatable private pool, you also have a spacious jacuzzi at your disposal. You can look out over the sea from the jacuzzi. Another plus is the huge outdoor kitchen with covered terrace, barbecue, wine fridge and outdoor kitchen.
LAYOUT FINCA ELODIA
Finca Elodia consists of three units: the main house for max. 8 persons and two apartments, each suitable for 2 persons.
MAIN HOUSE:
The spacious living room has comfortable sofas, armchairs, a satellite television, DVD player and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient kitchen utensils. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The master bedroom on the first floor is very spacious and has its own living area and access to the balcony with a beautiful sea view. This balcony has a lounge set and two sun beds. There are three bathrooms in the main house with a bath or shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine, heating, air conditioning, an ironing board and WiFi.
Besides the mainhouse, there are two more apartments at Finca Elodia. One apartment is located in the basement of the main house with a separate entrance from the outside. The other apartment is further down in the garden behind the pool. Each apartment is suitable for 2 persons and has its own living room with television and kitchen. There is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bath and / or shower combination. Each apartment also has its own outdoor terrace.

The outdoor life of Finca Elodia is perfect! In the garden is the heatable private swimming pool. In the pool itself on a higher level is the jacuzzi with a great view of the sea. Please note that the jacuzzi does not have a warmer temperature in relation to the pool, because the pool and the jacuzzi overlap. The enormous outdoor kitchen with, among other things, a covered terrace, barbecue, wine fridge, outdoor kitchen is really special, so you can enjoy a lovely long dinner with friends and family until late at night.

We stayed here with a group of 8 friends and our week was absolutely fantastic. The communication with you prior to our stay was really quick and friendly. The finca is really beautiful and has a very nice garden with lemon, mango and avocado trees. see more
We stayed here with a group of 8 friends and our week was absolutely fantastic. The communication with you prior to our stay was really quick and friendly. The finca is really beautiful and has a very nice garden with lemon, mango and avocado trees. It also has a nice dining area outside where all of us could fit at the same table. You will need a car to go out and about but it is not that far: only 7 minutes to a Mercadona, to the tourist spots like Maspalomas & Playa del Ingles you will be a little longer. Our group had two cars which was a good decision as we had the option to split up if needed. We had also booked our cars through you which I can recommend: clear and smooth service at good prices. Thank you very much for the good care!

We hebben met een groep van 8 vrienden hier verbleven en onze week was absoluut fantastisch. De communicatie met jullie voorafgaand aan ons verblijf was echt snel en vriendelijk. De finca is werkelijk prachtig en heeft een zeer mooie tuin met citroen-, mango- en avocadobomen. Het heeft ook een mooie eethoek buiten waar wij met zijn allen aan dezelfde tafel pasten. Je hebt een auto nodig om op pad te gaan, maar het is niet zo ver: slechts 7 minuten naar een Mercadona, naar de toeristische plekken zoals Maspalomas & Playa del Ingles ben je ietsje langer onderweg. Onze groep had twee auto's wat een goede beslissing was, omdat we de mogelijkheid hadden ons te splitsen indien nodig. Onze auto's hadden wij ook via jullie gereserveerd wat ik kan aanbevelen: duidelijke en vlotte service tegen goede prijzen. Hartelijk dank voor de goede zorgen!

On site, you will be asked for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours of your departure if you have left the holiday home in good condition.
