VILLA PIPPA IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Pippa is a lovely holiday home. Detached and located in the beautiful green villa neighbourhood 'Los Mojones' in Puerto del Carmen. This holiday home has a heated private swimming pool with Roman steps. The covered outdoor terrace provides shade on sun-drenched days. Villa Pippa is located a short distance from the boulevard and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. You can walk to the harbour in 15 minutes (950 m) with various restaurants and terraces. The nearest sandy beach is 1.3 km away.
In Puerto del Carmen you will find no less than three beautiful golden-coloured sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less busy beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos where you have seas of space and proportionally therefore a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then transitions into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA PIPPA
Villa Pippa is entirely ground floor, except for two small stairs that provide access to the holiday home. The living room is spacious with two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair and satellite television (Sony Bravia). The kitchen is spacious and equipped with, among other things, a breakfast bar, 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and sufficient kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (king-size) with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and double washbasin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is also equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom three has two single beds and air conditioning is also present here. The second bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. In a separate room, there is a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa is entirely on one level. There are three steps leading to the heated private swimming pool (5.6 x 3.5 m, depth: 1.2 - 1.7 m) and the sun terrace. The rectangular pool and sun terrace are completely private. There is a barbecue area and a covered terrace that also provides cooling on hot summer days. Multiple sunbeds are located around the pool. You can walk to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen.

Having stayed in several villas on the Island we were really impressed with Villa Pippa.Located in the peaceful Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen it's an easy 20 min stroll from amenities, beaches( Old Town) and restaurants, and only a few euros see more
Having stayed in several villas on the Island we were really impressed with Villa Pippa.Located in the peaceful Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen it's an easy 20 min stroll from amenities, beaches( Old Town) and restaurants, and only a few euros in a taxi.We always hire a car, and there is a very good supermarket on Calle Reina Sofia for those essentials.The villa itself is very tastefully furnished and so bright, airy and deceptively spacious.I was worried the pool may be small for my boys, but it was just perfect and I couldn't get them out of it.It has extra space at the back with an clothes line for washing.The outside covered area is lovely and perfect for a relaxing evening BBQ.The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you could possibly think of and also has a separate large utility room next to it. Communication and assistance was perfect, the Villa was also spotlessly clean on arrival, and they even left us a welcome pack!!..the only difficulty we had was getting everyone to leave at the end of our stay.We would not hesitate to book again. - Joe

We hebben in verschillende villa's op het eiland verbleven en waren echt onder de indruk van Villa Pippa. Gelegen in het rustige Los Mojones gebied van Puerto Del Carmen is het een kleine 20 minuten lopen naar voorzieningen, stranden (oude stad) en restaurants, en slechts een paar euro in een taxi. We huren altijd een auto, en er is een zeer goede supermarkt in Calle Reina Sofia voor essentiële dingen. De villa zelf is zeer smaakvol ingericht en ruim. Ik was bang dat het zwembad klein zou zijn voor mijn jongens, maar het was gewoon perfect en ik kon ze er niet uit krijgen. Het heeft extra ruimte aan de achterkant met een waslijn voor de was. De overdekte buitenruimte is heerlijk en perfect voor een ontspannen avond BBQ. De keuken is uitgerust met zo ongeveer alles wat je zou kunnen bedenken en heeft ook een aparte grote bijkeuken ernaast. Communicatie en hulp was perfect, de villa was ook brandschoon bij aankomst, en ze lieten ons zelfs een welkomstpakket achter!!.de enige moeilijkheid die we hadden was om iedereen te laten vertrekken aan het einde van ons verblijf. We zouden niet aarzelen om opnieuw te boeken. - Joe
