VILLA MAGNOLIA HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Magnolia is a beautiful detached villa with heated private pool and hot tub. The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Puerto del Carmen and is within walking distance of the beach and the promenade full of shops, restaurants and terraces. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea, on clear days you can see the island of Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens full of tropical plants and flowers. A billiard table is also available.
In the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and in proportion a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MAGNOLIA
Villa Magnolia consists of two floors. The living room is spacious and includes a flat screen TV with satellite system and there is a DVD, CD player and bluetooth sound system. The patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The living room has air conditioning. The kitchen offers everything you need including an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, including a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, bidet and toilet and patio doors to a large balcony. Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is located on the top floor and has two single beds. The last bedroom is also on the upper floor and has a double bed and patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there are two further large family bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
OUTDOORS OF VILLA MAGNOLIA
The outdoor living of Villa Magnolia is phenomenal. Take the stairs down from the terraces to the beautiful kidney-shaped pool in the tropical gardens with high walls, so you can enjoy the sun and relax in privacy. There are sunbeds around the pool. From the terrace you have beautiful views of the sea and Fuertaventura. The villa also has a hot tub and a pool table. In addition, there is a barbecue for al fresco dining.

There are no fixed arrival and departure days. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

We could not have been more happy than this! Everything was right from the moment we climbed the steps from the car port. The pool was warm the hot tub had a little issue but that was fixed within a couple of hours (good service throughout) and the gsee more

The pool was warm the hot tub had a little issue but that was fixed within a couple of hours (good service throughout) and the gardens are really quite extensive. Nothing is smallcramped with this property. Two lounges, dining room inside and outside, even a little lounge upstairs! Bedrooms are plenty big enough and the one at the top has a private sun terrace with amazing sea views. Barbecue and pool table, free wifi, full satellite subscription... What else could you need? It's a 10 minute walk from the sea front - just enough to work up a thirst. Definitely will be returning here sometime. - Jan

Beer, wine and the essentials meant a shopping trip could be done the following day. The villa was amazing, very private and not overlooked. Large heated pool and gardens are kept very clean by the pool guy and the team of gardeners. The maid service was impressive as well. If I win the lottery I will buy this from Nick ( the owner ) who popped in on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a great butchers just a 5 min drive up the road that made the BBQ perfect. The 7 of us had a great holiday. - Paul

Zeer tevreden! Alles klopte vanaf het moment dat we de trap van de carport beklommen. Het zwembad was warm, de hot tub had een klein probleem maar dat was binnen een paar uur verholpen (goede service in het geheel) en de tuinen zijn echt heel mooi. Nsee more

Het zwembad was warm, de hot tub had een klein probleem maar dat was binnen een paar uur verholpen (goede service in het geheel) en de tuinen zijn echt heel mooi. Niets is klein of krap bij dit huis. Twee lounges, eetkamer binnen en buiten, zelfs een kleine lounge boven! Slaapkamers zijn groot genoeg en de bovenste heeft een eigen zonneterras met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Barbecue en pooltafel, gratis wifi, internationale zenders... Wat heb je nog meer nodig? Het is 10 minuten lopen naar de zee. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. - Jan

Bier, wijn en de benodigdheden zorgden dat we de dag erna pas naar de supermarkt hoefden. De villa was geweldig, zeer privé en heel groot. Het grote verwarmde zwembad en de tuinen worden goed schoongehouden door de zwembadman en het team van tuinmannen. De schoonmaakservice was ook indrukwekkend. Als ik de loterij win zal ik dit kopen van Nick (de eigenaar) die op onze eerste dag langs kwam om ervoor te zorgen dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden. Er is een geweldige slager op slechts 5 minuten rijden op de weg die de BBQ perfect maakte. De 7 van ons hadden een geweldige vakantie. - Paul

This villa is all on one level and situated in a central location in the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Villa Sue has a lovely sun terrace with whirlpool, sun beds, dining area and pool table. The villa is located next to the exclusive 5* hotel Fariones with spa. Within walking distance (250 m) is the sandy beach Playa Chica. This cute little beach is known as one of the most beautiful places on Lanzarote for snorkelling. Fish of all colours, shapes and sizes can be seen here as you dive underwater. The beach also has a diving school where you can rent goggles and snorkels. A 5 - 10-minute walk away are many shops and a promenade full of restaurants and terraces.

Upon entering, you are in the bright and spacious living room with glass patio doors giving access to the terrace. There is a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa and on the wall hangs a 54'flat screen satellite TV with Netflix. There is also a bluetooth speaker and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 1 has air conditioning, a king-size double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a double bed and ceiling fan. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. An alarm system, two safes, a washing machine and iron are also provided.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SUE
From the street side, you see a modern wooden gate in a lava stone wall. Behind it is Villa Sue with a lovely outdoor terrace. Ideal for sunbathing on the sunbeds. In addition to a dining area, there is also a generous barbecue. Further along is the whirlpool to relax in. A pool table is also available. You walk straight to the beach (Playa Chica) and the promenade (500).

VILLA ESTRELLITA HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern ground-floor villa is equipped with plenty of comfort. In the garden, there is a heated private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers around it. After a warm beach day, you can relax wonderfully in the hot tub. A billiards table is also present. You can walk to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen with various restaurants and terraces in 15 minutes. Add to that the stylish interior and your stay at Villa Estrellita is complete. This holiday home is located in the beautiful and green villa neighbourhood of Los Mojones.

Villa Estrellita has four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet and French doors to the terrace by the swimming pool. The outdoor living at Villa Estellita is perfect. A covered terrace leads to soft grass surrounding the swimming pool. This space is furnished with a wooden terrace table and chairs and wooden loungers. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy dining outside. The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (8 x 4m) and a hot tub for extra relaxation. There is also a rain shower to cool down if you don't feel like jumping into the pool.

During peak seasons (Easter, July/August & Christmas/New Year), we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. During other seasons, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
During August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. During the other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (younger than 2 years old at the time of travel) can be booked at a charge for the use of a baby cot and/or high chair. If more babies are travelling, these will count as persons. Note: if your travel group consists of two or more babies, count these from the second baby as an extra person.

- Electrically heated swimming pool for a stay from November to April
- Final cleaning
- Extra cleaning / changing of bedding and towels weekly or halfway through the stay for a stay of 10 to 13 nights
- Bed linen and bath/hand/tea towels
- Gas, water and electricity
- Welcome package: 5 litre water bottle, pack of long-life milk, tea, coffee & sugar, cookies, washing-up liquid, dishcloth and sponge, dishwasher tablets. Shopping service with additional items is not possible.
