VILLA LOLA IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Lola is the perfect villa for large groups or two families. This detached holiday home has a private heated swimming pool. The garden is surrounded by lava rock walls, giving you complete privacy. In addition to a barbecue, there is also a snooker table available. This air-conditioned villa is located in the green residential area of Los Mojones, a short distance from the boulevard and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. The villa is a 15-minute walk from the old harbor with various restaurants and terraces and 20 minutes from the beach and boulevard.
In Puerto del Carmen you will three beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less crowded beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and, in proportion, a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA LOLA
The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with satellite system and DVD player. The dining table is spacious enough for 10 people. The large patio doors give access to the swimming pool, spacious terraces and the spacious garden. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and a fridge-freezer. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath, toilet and double sink and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a patio door leading to the pool terrace. Bedroom 3 is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and has patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom 4 has two double beds. There are two further separate bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LOLA
The garden is surrounded by lava rock walls, giving you complete privacy. Through large patio doors in the living room you have access to the spacious garden with the heated private pool and spacious sun terrace. Around the pool are comfortable sun beds and an outdoor shower is also available. There is plenty of space for alfresco dining around the barbecue.

During peak seasons (Easter, July/August & Christmas/New Year), we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. During other seasons, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
There are no fixed arrival and departure days. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

Villa is very good value. Excellent location slightly outside the main tourist area of PDC...perfect, we like our peace and quiet but it´s just a strollquick taxi ride to "strip". The villa is light, bright, very spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. The large, pleasantly warm pool set in an attractive lava garden is a real highlight. Everything is well maintained...inside and out. Clean and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, excellent storage in bedrooms. Plenty of seating inside and out...there were just the 2 of us and we were very comfortable but there´s plenty of space for 3 couplesa larger family. Good sunbeds. Plenty of towels (and hot water!), nice outdoor shower too. Will we return? Heck....we´ve already booked! - Judith

The villa met all our needs and is really spacious and beautifully maintained and very clean. Pool area was fabulous as was the quiet location. Only 10 mins walk to the harbour and taxi back usually about €2.50. Easy access to driving to the rest of island too. The pictures are a true representation of the villa and the owner and management company was excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year. - Olivia

We hebben echt genoten van ons recente verblijf in Villa Lola. Boeking, communicatie en diensten van het team waren perfect. Veel dank. De foto's en beschrijving geven inderdaad de woning weer. Villa is zeer goed geprijsd. Uitstekende locatie iets buiten het belangrijkste toeristische gebied van PDC ... perfect, we houden van onze rust en stilte, maar het is slechts een wandeling of een snelle taxirit naar "de boulevard". De villa is licht, helder, zeer ruim en biedt een hoge mate van privacy. Het grote, aangenaam warme zwembad in een aantrekkelijke lavatuin is een echt hoogtepunt. Alles is goed onderhouden...binnen en buiten. Schoon en comfortabel. Mooie badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken, uitstekende opslag in de slaapkamers. Genoeg zitplaatsen binnen en buiten... wij waren met z'n tweeën en het was erg comfortabel, maar er is genoeg ruimte voor 3 stellen of een groter gezin. Goede ligbedden. Genoeg handdoeken (en warm water!), ook een mooie buitendouche. Komen we terug? We hebben al geboekt! - Judith

De villa voldeed aan al onze behoeften en is echt ruim en prachtig onderhouden en zeer schoon. Het zwembad was fantastisch evenals de rustige locatie. Slechts 10 minuten lopen naar de haven en taxi terug meestal ongeveer €2,50. Ideaal om de rest van het eiland te verkennen ook. De foto's zijn een getrouwe weergave van de villa en de eigenaar en het managementbedrijf waren uitstekend in de omgang. Aanrader, we hopen volgend jaar terug te keren. - Olivia

Two bedrooms feature twin beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, a mirror, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, and double sink. An additional bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet is also located on this floor.
The lower floor provides two additional bedrooms. The first has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a ceiling fan. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with mirror, and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan and shares the ground-floor bathroom. Between the two bedrooms on this level, you’ll find a cosy games room, complete with a pool table, table football, and a TV.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA CELESTE
The outdoor area of Villa Celeste features a private pool measuring 6 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.7 to 1.85 metres. The pool is electrically heated (included from November to April) and comes with a pool cover to retain the warmth. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun. For outdoor dining, there is a large dining table and a built-in barbecue, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. Next to the barbecue is a well-equipped outdoor bar for preparing and serving drinks. For extra relaxation, the outdoor area includes a luxury hot tub accommodating up to six people. The garden is fully enclosed, offering privacy as well as a peaceful and secure space for families. Shady spots are provided by parasols and coverings.

During peak seasons (Easter, July/August & Christmas/New Year), we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. During other seasons, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
There are no fixed arrival and departure days. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

A security deposit for Villa Celeste is applied of € 300,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
