VILLA JILL IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern villa with private heated pool is located on a cliff near the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen. From the balcony you have a unique panoramic sea view. The outdoor living here is perfect with a covered veranda, barbecue, sunbeds and a snooker table. Along the coast is a nice walking path to Puerto Calero. You can walk to the old town of Puerto del Carmen (950 m) with various restaurants and terraces.
In the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and in proportion a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA JILL
Villa Jill is detached and consists of the villa itself for max. 8 people. The villa has an open plan living and dining area with patio doors leading to the large balcony. The modern lounge has two comfortable leather sofas and two armchairs, air conditioning, 55 inch flat screen, DVD player, books and WiFi. The modern and spacious fully fitted kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 comfortable stools to provide more seating in the open space. There is an electric oven, 3 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and blender. There is an enclosed utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and French doors to a balcony with sea views. Bedroom 2 features two single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and patio doors to balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA JILL
The balcony offers panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy dining al fresco at the large stone table with seating for 8 and in the shade under a wooden pergola. You can sunbathe during the day on the sunbeds provided or enjoy a drink around the pool. To the side of the house there is a built-in barbecue. This terrace overlooks the pool and the lower terrace which is completely private. You can reach the pool terrace via a staircase on one side or a ramp on the other. Here you will find comfortable sunbeds. There is also a gate that leads to the promenade where you can walk to the port of the old town and even along the cliff to Puerto Calero (about 2 km).
