VILLA ESTRELLITA HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern ground-floor villa is equipped with plenty of comfort. In the garden, there is a heated private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers around it. After a warm beach day, you can relax wonderfully in the hot tub. A billiards table is also present. You can walk to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen with various restaurants and terraces in 15 minutes. Add to that the stylish interior and your stay at Villa Estrellita is complete. This holiday home is located in the beautiful and green villa neighbourhood of Los Mojones.
In the beautiful seaside resort of Puerto del Carmen, there are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, located along the boulevard. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos, where you have seas of space and proportionally much more tranquility. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then transitions into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ESTRELLITA
Villa Estrellita is entirely ground floor. The modern open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including white built-in cupboards, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, cooking island with electric hob. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room is very spacious and open plan and is fully air-conditioned. In the living room you will find a large seating area with television. From the living room, there are French doors that provide plenty of light and also provide easy access to the swimming pool. Wifi is available in the villa. The dining area has a table with chairs for 8 people.
Villa Estrellita has four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet and French doors to the terrace by the swimming pool. Next to the ensuite bathroom, there is another separate bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living at Villa Estellita is perfect. A covered terrace leads to soft grass surrounding the swimming pool. This space is furnished with a wooden terrace table and chairs and wooden loungers. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy dining outside. The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (8 x 4m) and a hot tub for extra relaxation. There is also a rain shower to cool down if you don't feel like jumping into the pool.

During August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. During the other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (younger than 2 years old at the time of travel) can be booked at a charge for the use of a baby cot and/or high chair. If more babies are travelling, these will count as persons. Note: if your travel group consists of two or more babies, count these from the second baby as an extra person.

Stayed for one week with friends so had a room and bathroom each which was great! Very stylish and well fitted out accommodation which was a pleasure to stay in. Main challenge was that it was further than was ideal from the centre / beach and up a ssee more

Main challenge was that it was further than was ideal from the centre / beach and up a steep hill on the way back. Walk to nearest beach was ~ 15- 20 mins downhill and 25-30 up. This would be difficult if you have any mobility issues. That said, time spent round the pool and enjoying the facilities was a perfect break. For us Top eats were had at the salt and pepper restaurant in the old harbour Top beach was a walk to los pocillios beach which was less busy and had brolleys Lastly - photos on site are an accurate reflection of quality of villa! - group of friends

My 4 sisters and I celebrated a special birthday and we were overwhelmed by the villa. It was everything we thought and more. The privacy was great and we ended up not moving from our villa at all during the day. The walk into town itself was doable see more

We verbleven voor een week met vrienden en hadden elk een kamer en badkamer, wat geweldig was! Zeer stijlvolle en goed ingerichte accommodatie die een genot was om in te verblijven. Belangrijkste uitdaging was dat het verder dan ideaal was van het centrum / strand en een steile heuvel op de terugweg. Wandeling naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand was ~ 15-20 minuten bergafwaarts en 25-30 omhoog. Dit zou moeilijk zijn als je mobiliteitsproblemen hebt. Dat gezegd hebbende, tijd doorgebracht rond het zwembad en genieten van de faciliteiten was perfect. Voor ons was het beste eten in het Salt & Pepper restaurant in de oude haven. Het beste strand was een wandeling naar los pocillios strand, dat minder druk was. - groep vrienden

Villa Magnolia consists of two floors. The living room is spacious and includes a flat screen TV with satellite system and there is a DVD, CD player and bluetooth sound system. The patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The living room has air conditioning. The kitchen offers everything you need including an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, including a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, bidet and toilet and patio doors to a large balcony. Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is located on the top floor and has two single beds. The last bedroom is also on the upper floor and has a double bed and patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there are two further large family bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
OUTDOORS OF VILLA MAGNOLIA
The outdoor living of Villa Magnolia is phenomenal. Take the stairs down from the terraces to the beautiful kidney-shaped pool in the tropical gardens with high walls, so you can enjoy the sun and relax in privacy. There are sunbeds around the pool. From the terrace you have beautiful views of the sea and Fuertaventura. The villa also has a hot tub and a pool table. In addition, there is a barbecue for al fresco dining.

VILLA SUE HOLIDAYHOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This villa is all on one level and situated in a central location in the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Villa Sue has a lovely sun terrace with whirlpool, sun beds, dining area and pool table. The villa is located next to the exclusive 5* hotel Fariones with spa. Within walking distance (250 m) is the sandy beach Playa Chica. This cute little beach is known as one of the most beautiful places on Lanzarote for snorkelling. Fish of all colours, shapes and sizes can be seen here as you dive underwater. The beach also has a diving school where you can rent goggles and snorkels. A 5 - 10-minute walk away are many shops and a promenade full of restaurants and terraces.
Puerto del Carmen has three more beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande located along the promenade full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less crowded beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos where you have lots of space and thus comparatively a lot more peace and quiet. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 1 has air conditioning, a king-size double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a double bed and ceiling fan. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. An alarm system, two safes, a washing machine and iron are also provided.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SUE
From the street side, you see a modern wooden gate in a lava stone wall. Behind it is Villa Sue with a lovely outdoor terrace. Ideal for sunbathing on the sunbeds. In addition to a dining area, there is also a generous barbecue. Further along is the whirlpool to relax in. A pool table is also available. You walk straight to the beach (Playa Chica) and the promenade (500).
