VILLA OURANOS IN LEFKADA TOWN
Villa Ouranos is a brand new modern, luxury villa on Lefkada. From the spacious terrace with infinity private pool and luxurious sun beds you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Ionian blue sea and the huge olive grove. You come to complete rest during a vacation at Villa Ouranos. Yet you are a short distance from restaurants, beautiful beaches and Lefkada town. Due to the large windows in the vacation home, you will enjoy plenty of natural light during your stay. The villa has tasteful, modern furnishings and offers plenty of comfort.
Villa Ouranos is within walking distance of several restaurants and two beautiful beaches called Agios Ioannis and Krioneri. By the sea you will find cafes and restaurants, you can also practice many water sports here. Think windsurfing and kitesurfing. Agios Ioannis is a so-called 'Blue Flag Beach' and from 10 am to 6 pm the beach is under surveillance.
LAYOUT VILLA OURANOS
Villa Ouranos consists of three floors and has modern furnishings. The first floor consists of a living room with comfortable sitting area, dining area, modern fireplace and 55'smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove and plenty of utensils.
The lower floor features bedroom 1 with a queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 2 features a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. You also have direct access from both bedrooms to the terrace with the private pool.
The upper floor consists of a loft-style bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have very good quality mattresses so you can fully relax during your vacation. There is air conditioning and WiFi in the villa. There is a sofabed voor the 7th and 8th person (this can be only children).
OUTDOOR LIFE VILLA OURANOS
The outdoor life of Villa Ouranos is delightful. From your infinity pool with jacuzzi jets you have beautiful views over the green surroundings and the Ionian Sea. Around the pool are plenty of comfortable sun beds. On the covered terrace you can dine together al fresco. On the built-in barbecue you can prepare delicious dishes.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

We loved that every room has their own bathroom. However, the most spectacular place was the terrase and pool area. You have a clear view into the sea and there is nothing inbetween. You are so close to the sea that in the evening you hear the waves and can purely relax. There wasn‘t anything we didnt like. The property is as described and even more. Happy with everything and it was lovely to meet Rania. She is an amazing host and we are thankful for her warm welcome and assistance during our stay. - family with kids

De villa was geweldig van A tot Z. Alles was doordacht tot in het laatste detail. Het interieur is prachtig. We vonden het geweldig dat elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer heeft. De meest spectaculaire plek was echter het terras en het zwembad. Je hebsee more

De meest spectaculaire plek was echter het terras en het zwembad. Je hebt een vrij uitzicht op de zee en er zit niets tussen. Je zit zo dicht bij de zee dat je 's avonds de golven hoort en tot rust kunt komen. Er was niets wat ons niet beviel. De woning is zoals beschreven en zelfs meer. Blij met alles en het was heerlijk om Rania te ontmoeten. Ze is een geweldige gastvrouw en we zijn dankbaar voor haar warme welkom en hulp tijdens ons verblijf. - familie met kinderen
