VILLA ARENARIA IN AGIA MARINA
Villa Arenaria is a very stylish villa on Lefkada with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The villa contains lots of atmosphere and fantastic outdoor living, as it is located on 2 acres of grounds with lemon and orange trees. The large private pool with children's pool is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds. The amazing outdoor kitchen features a pizza oven and barbecue. There is also a lounge and dining area, as well as a swing. There is a children's playground and outdoor gym available.
Villa Arenaria is located a short distance from Lefkada town. The capital of Lefkada has a lively center with many stores, restaurants and terraces. The beach Agios Ioannis is in walking distance from Villa Arenaria and has a beautiful sandy beach and several nice beachbars. Agios Ioannis beach is a long, child-friendly beach with white sand. This beach is also famour for windsurfing.
LAYOUT VILLA ARENARIA
Villa Arenaria is on one level and is comfortably furnished. The living room has plenty of space with a sitting area, 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove and plenty of utensils. The dining area overlooks the pool. Bedroom 1 features a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a separate toilet and laundry room.
The villa has air conditioning, WiFi, underfloor heating and a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ARENARIA
The outdoor life of Villa Arenaria is unique. Around the large private pool (11 x 5.5 m - depth 1.40 - 1.80 m) are four comfortable sunbeds. The outdoor kitchen has a wood oven, barbecue and lounge area You can enjoy al fresco dining with the whole party at the covered dining table. The lounge area features a large sofa and swing. In the garden you will find fitness facilities and plenty of facilities for children such as a children's pool, playground and toys. You have two bicycles at your disposal during your stay. There are many lemon and orange trees in the garden.
The villa is located in a very large, flat olive grove on the outskirts of Lefkada town, an area full of plains with rich vegetation and scattered houses, a perfect location for hiking or using the two bikes offered. Villa Arenaria is also close to the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis and the town of Lefkada.

We visited Arenaria villa Sept 2022 after a two year delay due to Covid. I can say it was well worth the wait and exceeded all our expectations. the villa is spacious well maintained and very comfortable. The gardens are well maintained with majestic mature pine and olive trees. What was particularly nice was all those little necessities that you need were all laid on such as cleaning products, bin bags, condiments, and a welcome hamper to start you off. Argyri was there to welcome us and a quick intro into the villa and was just at the end of a phone should we have needed her. Local amenities such as mini market, beach restaurants, walks and stunning sunsets. We found Bikes helped to get around and into Lefkada-town itself. an interesting City with a museum, castle, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall we found Arenaria a very private peaceful and relaxing holiday. Thanks Argyri xx

We enjoyed the most wonderful relaxing week at Arenaria Villa. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived, as our friendly and knowledgeable host (Aygiri) showed us around the beautiful property and let us know about things going on locally. Everythsee more
We enjoyed the most wonderful relaxing week at Arenaria Villa. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived, as our friendly and knowledgeable host (Aygiri) showed us around the beautiful property and let us know about things going on locally. Everything we needed was within a few minutes walk and, as a result, we didn't stray far. No need with that pristine pool! We swam, swam and swam some more - between lazing about and reading in the many gorgeous spots around the villa. It was ideal for our family of four. The accommodation was perfectly spacious and it was easy getting food in and popping into town. It was just what we needed. The only problem was that we weren't there for long enough! We'll look at booking for at least two weeks next year :) - Adrienne

We have just spent a wonderful 17 nights at this gorgeous villa. Argyri, the owner, went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her attention to detail is excellent - the provision of a Welcome Pack on arrival, plus little extrassee more

We bezochten Arenaria villa september 2022 na een vertraging van twee jaar vanwege Covid. Ik kan zeggen dat het het wachten meer dan waard was en al onze verwachtingen overtrof. de villa is ruim goed onderhouden en zeer comfortabel. De tuinen zijn goed onderhouden met majestueuze volwassen dennen- en olijfbomen. Wat vooral leuk was, waren al die kleine benodigdheden die je nodig hebt, zoals schoonmaakproducten, vuilniszakken, kruiden en een welkomstpakket om mee te beginnen. Argyri was er om ons te verwelkomen en een snelle introductie in de villa te geven. Lokale voorzieningen zoals een minimarkt, strandrestaurants, binnen handbereik. Vele wandelingen gemaakt en prachtige zonsondergangen gezien. We ontdekten dat fietsen hielp om Lefkas-stad te verkennen. een interessante stad met een museum, kasteel en veel winkels en restaurants. Over het algemeen vonden we Arenaria een zeer privé rustige en ontspannende vakantie. Bedankt Argyri xx

We hebben genoten van de meest heerlijke ontspannende week in Arenaria Villa. We werden verwelkomd door de vriendelijke en deskundige gastheer (Aygiri). Alles wat we nodig hadden was binnen een paar minuten lopen te bereiken, waardoor we niet ver zijsee more
We hebben genoten van de meest heerlijke ontspannende week in Arenaria Villa. We werden verwelkomd door de vriendelijke en deskundige gastheer (Aygiri). Alles wat we nodig hadden was binnen een paar minuten lopen te bereiken, waardoor we niet ver zijn afgedwaald. Niet nodig met dat mooie zwembad! We hebben gezwommen, gezwommen en nog eens gezwommen - tussen het luieren en lezen door op de vele prachtige plekjes rond de villa. Het was ideaal voor ons gezin van vier. De accommodatie was ruim en het was gemakkelijk om eten te halen en naar de stad te gaan. Het was precies wat we nodig hadden. Het enige probleem was dat we er niet lang genoeg waren! We kijken naar het boeken voor ten minste twee weken volgend jaar :) - Adrienne

Haar aandacht voor details is uitstekend - het verstrekken van een welkomstpakket bij aankomst, plus kleine extra's zoals zeep, wasmachine- en vaatwas tabletten, schoonmaakmiddelen enz. zorgden ervoor dat onze eerste dagen stressvrij waren. Aanbevelingen voor het strand en restaurants werden ook goed ontvangen. We kwamen ontspannen en opgeladen terug van Lefkas - wat wil je nog meer! - Ros
