FINCA FRUTA VACATION HOME IN INGENIO
Finca Fruta is an ideal family villa with lots of comfort and a heatable private pool. This house is ideal if you are looking for privacy or a bit of peace and quiet. As soon as you enter the driveway you'll marvel at the immense garden (2000 m2) full of beautiful flowers, fruit trees and tropical plants. In the middle of this exotic garden lies Finca Fruta with underneath the heated pool. The spacious outdoor patio with large outdoor barbecue is perfect for long summer evenings with the whole family. This villa is child friendly because of the outdoor play area and the garden house full of tows.
LAYOUT OF FINCA FRUTA
This finca has a spacious living room and huge kitchen. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and blender. The spacious living room has two large leather sofas, luxurious armchairs, a grand piano, chess set, various bookcases, a satellite television and DVD player. There is also a second living room.
The master bedroom is really fantastic and has a bath in the bedroom as well as a television. This way you can relax from the bath with a view of the beautiful garden. This master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and loft / attic with trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep. The third bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the basement there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The third bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink. The villa has fans, air conditioning and wifi. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE AT FINCA FRUTA IN INGENIO
Children can play endlessly on the fresh green lawn. There is even a real garden house full of toys for the children. Around the heated private pool you can relax. The pool can be closed from the outside which makes it very safe for children. But that's not all, the pool can also be heated so you can swim all year round. There are no other villas around the finca so you can enjoy complete privacy.

When you stay in the finca with less than 12 persons, a number of bedrooms will be closed. For example, if you stay in the finca with 6 persons, three bedrooms will be closed. If you still want to use all bedrooms you will be charged a surcharge per room per day. Ask us for the amounts.

DEPOSIT

On the spot you will be asked for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after departure when you have left the vacation home in a correct condition.

We spent the last week of 2018 at the family villa Fruta in Ingenio in the Canary Islands. We were six adults (grandparents with four children) and six grandchildren. The villa was fantastic: six bedrooms, three bathrooms, plenty of space in and arousee more
We spent the last week of 2018 at the family villa Fruta in Ingenio in the Canary Islands. We were six adults (grandparents with four children) and six grandchildren. The villa was fantastic: six bedrooms, three bathrooms, plenty of space in and around the house, a large garden with orange, lemon and advocado trees, a covered outdoor barbecue, a semi-covered pool and in the garden a large log cabin with porch for the children. Everything we needed to make the week a success (including a well-equipped kitchen) was available. Really an excellent place to spend a week with children and grandchildren. Casita Travel had arranged the flight for us with twelve reserved seats together in the plane and rented two seven-seater cars. So everything was excellently arranged by Casita Travel. Our thanks for that.

De laatste week van 2018 hebben we doorgebracht in de familievilla Fruta in Ingenio op de Canarische eilanden. We waren met zes volwassenen (opa en oma met vier kinderen) en zes kleinkinderen. De villa was fantastisch: zes slaapkamers, drie badkamers, voldoende ruimte in en om huis, een grote tuin met sinaasappel-, citroen- en advocadobomen, een overdekte buitenbarbecue, een half overdekt zwembad en in de tuin een grote blokhut met veranda voor de kinderen. Alles wat we nodig hadden om van de week een succes te maken (o.a. een goed geoutilleerde keuken) was aanwezig. Werkelijk een voortreffelijke plek om een week met kinderen en kleinkinderen door te brengen. Casita Travel had voor ons de vliegreis geregeld met twaalf gereserveerde stoelen bij elkaar in het vliegtuig en twee zeven persoonsauto's gehuurd. Alles was dus uitstekend door Casita Travel geregeld. Onze dank daarvoor.
