Villa Kyria is a true Greek dream villa with a generous private pool and stunning sea views. The luxury villa is surrounded by dozens of olive groves and vineyards. The Dutch owners have stylishly decorated this villa with private pool on Crete using a modern design and attractive accessories. Here you will experience plenty of luxury and comfort! Villa Kyria is the ideal family villa.
Further down the garden, the spacious private pool is shining in the sun. Grill a delicious fresh fish on the barbecue or relax with a good book on the sunbeds. The roof terrace is also perfect for sunbathing.
Travelling with the whole family or two families? Then book the adjacent Villa Anna. The villas are within walking distance of each other.
LAYOUT VILLA KYRIA
This villa with private pool in Crete is wonderfully spacious and very stylishly furnished using a modern design. Villa Kyria is on one level. The cozy living room has luxury leather sofas, television, stereo, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, juicer, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom also has a double bed. Finally, bedroom 4 has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet. You can also use WiFi in the entire villa.
Villa Kyria also has a washing machine and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. In the somewhat cooler winter months there is heating available in the villa.
The private outdoors of Villa Kyria
Outside you have a lovely spacious terrace at your disposal with fine garden furniture, parasol, outdoor shower and private pool. Sunbeds are placed around the pool. Via the outside stairs you reach the spacious roof terrace with sun beds and sea view. Villa Kyria is located in the picturesque village of Kyrianna in the north of the island of Crete, 15 km southeast of the beautiful city of Rethymnon.
In Kyrianna there are 2 small supermarkets that also sell fresh bread. All necessary items are available here. It is too far to walk to the bakery, for this you need to take the car. There are two small cafes in Kyrianna where you can get fresh coffee, a light lunch and small snacks. In the village of Platanias (direction Rethymnon) there is a large Lidl supermarket, about 5 minutes drive from Villa Kyria. In the village of Pigi you will find the local butcher in the narrow street next to the tavern directly on your right. Delicious fresh meat, bread and a number of fresh products are available here.

The road to it is a challenge though! Simon is very helpful.

De weg ernaar toe is wel een uitdaging! Simon is erg hulpvaardig.
