Villa Daphne is a very comfortable, modern villa surrounded by a large plot and olive trees. The villa is elegantly and comfortably furnished. Outside you will enjoy a spacious private pool, a balcony and a large garden in an unspoiled natural environment. You have beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the green surroundings. Perfect for families and friends.
Villa Daphne is located in walking distance (500 m) from the village of Katouna. Katouna is a picturesque village 6 km from the town of Lefkada. The village itself is full of traditional, stone houses recently restored, impressive preserved buildings and car-free roads. A luxury boutique hotel is located in the village, where you will also find two tavernas serving home-cooked food, as well as a café and a mini-market. 2.5 km downhill is the village of Ligia where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and quality seaside tavernas. The village of Ligia has a beach and is just 6 km from the town of Lefkas, which offers all kinds of amenities.
With a larger party? Villa Daphne is located next to Villa Katouna. These villas are located together on a plot of land of 3 hectares. The plot is divided into two parts, so that each villa enjoys its own environment of 1.5 hectares. The boundaries of each villa are clearly separated by both a fence and olive trees. This way you can vacation close to each other and still both enjoy some privacy and peace and quiet!
LAYOUT VILLA DAPHNE
Villa Daphne consists out of two floors and is very elegantly and comfortably furnished.
The first floor has a comfortable living room with sitting area, fireplace, satellite television, DVD / CD, dining area and access to the veranda with panoramic views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, juicer, espresso coffee maker, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom.
Upstairs you will find bedroom 3 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a washing machine, air conditioning and WiFi.
OUTDOORS VILLA DAPHNE
The outdoors of Villa Daphne is fantastic. The villa sits on a plot of approximately 1.5 acres, surrounded by olive trees. Around your private pool (4.5 x 9 m) there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The pool is slightly lower than the first floor. Outside you can completely relax. The balcony is also equipped with a dining area.

We spent a wonderful vacation in villa Daphne. The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped. The garden is beautiful. Would definitely recommend for families with children. Katherina is an excellent host, always there when we needed something.

The owners have hand built the Villa and they have done it superbly with bags of taste and style. We would recommend this property to anyone. De villa was absoluut fantastisch. Vlekkeloos schoon met schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Die om de 3 dagen werden gewisseld, wat een leuke extra was. Zwembad met veel ruimte om te zonnebaden. De villa was ruim van binnen met overal airconditioning. see more

De villa was ruim van binnen met overal airconditioning. De eigenaren hebben de villa met de hand gebouwd en ze hebben het uitstekend gedaan met veel smaak en stijl. We zouden deze accommodatie aan iedereen aanbevelen. Geweldige restaurants in het plaatselijke dorp, een auto is handig om de omgeving te verkennen. We zouden zeker graag terugkomen. - Megan
