Welcome to Villa Lena, a charming villa with private pool on the outskirts of Jávea, where the sun almost always shines and the view leaves you speechless time and time again. From the roof terrace, you can look out over the green hills and the azure blue Mediterranean Sea. There is a supermarket and a bakery for fresh bread rolls every day in the immediate vicinity of this villa. There are also several restaurants and Spanish tapas and paella bars within walking distance. The sandy beach of El Arenal is about a 12-minute drive away, perfect for a relaxing day at the seaside.
LAYOUT OF VILLA LENA
Villa Lena is a modern but warmly decorated holiday home for 8 people. The interior combines Mediterranean charm with contemporary comfort. The ground floor is suitable for 4 people and features a cosy sitting area with a television and dining table, a lovely place to spend time together. The hallway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (210 x 90) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sink. The second bedroom has two single beds (200 x 90). There is another bathroom with shower, toilet, and single sink. Both bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning.
The main residence is accessed via the external staircase. Here you will find a stylish living room with air conditioning, Dutch television and a Sonos Five, perfect for a relaxing evening with music or a film. From the living room, you can step straight onto the terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and adjoins an attractive patio with a large dining table, where you can enjoy long summer evenings. This floor also has two comfortable bedrooms, both with two single beds (200 x 90), air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and single sink. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

Outside, Villa Lena is also a paradise in itself. The absolute highlight awaits you upstairs: the roof terrace. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and mountains in complete tranquillity. Have a glass of wine, feel the evening breeze and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the horizon.
The garden is an oasis of greenery and offers privacy. Under the canopy is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue next to it, ideal for cooking and dining together at the long dining table. Sun loungers are invitingly arranged around the private swimming pool, and the outdoor shower provides refreshment after a day in the sun. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking space on the property (suitable for about 3 to 4 cars).

Villa Lena is suitable for winter stays. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at that time of year. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. Rentals are possible for bookings of at least 4 weeks. The villa is heated by air conditioning and a pellet stove (from winter 2026/2027). A bag of pellets is available in the area. During the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included. Additional consumption (via meter) is charged at €0.40 per kWh. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is negotiable. In winter, only the upper floor is available for rent. It has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people. Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with mid-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels mandatory. Winter rates do not include mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and service charges. For the most recent rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A deposit of €350 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. Welcome to Villa Selene, a holiday home located in a paradisiacal spot, with plenty of space inside and around the house. The beautiful Montgo mountain in the background makes this an incredibly beautiful place to spend an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca. The living room with a full view of the garden and swimming pool has a comfortable seating area, TV (streaming) channels, and a pellet stove. Equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1: has a double bed (160x200cm) with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: has a double bed (160x200cm) and shares the ensuite bathroom with bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 and 4: has a double bed (160x200cm). Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 border the outdoor terrace by the swimming pool. Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All bedrooms have window screens and are equipped with air conditioning. OUTSIDE AT VILLA SELENE
What luck with so much outdoor space, beautiful views, and plenty of privacy. From the vacation home, you walk onto the terrace with the private swimming pool right there, surrounded by 8 sun loungers. Parasols are available. The Naja has a lovely lounge set where you can enjoy the surroundings in the shade while sipping your coffee or another delicious drink. Outside, there is a dining area and a built-in BBQ.

CASA LA LUZ HOLIDAY HOME IN JAVEA
This holiday home is a true eldorado. A paradisiacal place with a beautiful location in the green and yet so close to everything you need during your holiday. The spacious outdoor lounge area with barbecue is perhaps the nicest spot of all. Take a dip in your own private swimming pool with sunbeds all around. There is both a dining area in the sun and a covered dining area where you can find shade on sun-drenched days. Casa La Luz is exceptionally stylishly furnished and the name says it all, this holiday home is delightfully light and spacious. For golf enthusiasts, the Javea Golf Club is even within walking distance of the house.

In the spacious and well-equipped living room, you will find a comfortable corner sofa, luxury armchair, air conditioning, a fireplace and a satellite television with Dutch channels. The dining room is an extension of the living room with a large dining table. The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner gas hob and Nespresso machine). Casa La Luz has 4 wonderfully large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with washbasins, walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two have two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, although ceiling fans usually provide sufficient cooling. From both the living room and dining room, you can step directly onto the spacious terrace through the large French doors. Mosquito nets are present on all windows throughout the villa.

In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden of 2500 m2, there is a large private swimming pool (12m x 5m x 2m deep) with comfortable sunbeds around it. The pool has a Roman step, which is ideal for families with small children. There is a covered lounge terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy shared meals. In addition, there is a dining area both in the sun on the pool terrace and covered further away. This is also one of the many delightful possibilities of this lovely villa on the Costa Blanca. The large table tennis on the large rear terrace invites you to play a game of ping-pong in the afternoon with the whole family.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
PARTICULARITIES
– During the period from July through August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, we offer flexible arrival and departure days.
– We require a minimum stay of 7 days.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.
- Final cleaning is including bed linen and towels (3 pieces per person, including beach towel)
The owner reserves the right to refuse bookings from groups that may cause nuisance.

– Electricity: 125 kWh per week (additional consumption to be paid on site: €0.50 per kWh, via meter)

OTHER
- Arrival from 4:00 PM. Departure before 10:00 AM.
– Surcharge for arrival between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM: €50, after 12:00 AM: €100 (payable in cash upon arrival)
– Surcharge for arrival on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day: €50 (payable in cash upon arrival)
DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS
A stay during the winter months from November through March is upon request and possible from a minimum of four weeks.
The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 50 per week, which you must pay in advance when making the reservation.
For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
