VILLA SELENE VACATION HOME IN JAVEA
Welcome to Villa Selene, a holiday home located in a paradisiacal spot, with plenty of space inside and around the house. The beautiful Montgo mountain in the background makes this an incredibly beautiful place to spend an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca. The villa is completely ground floor and was tastefully renovated and furnished by the Dutch owners in 2025. The spacious swimming pool (5x11m) with 8 sunbeds and parasols around it invites you to enjoy the Spanish sunshine by the villa. A supermarket is within walking distance and the beaches of Javea are 10 minutes by car from the holiday home.
For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course approximately 10 minutes from the villa.
LAYOUT OF VILLA SELENE
Upon entering, you immediately walk to the left into the large modern kitchen, equipped with a spacious dining area and a fully furnished kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), combination microwave, and 4-burner stove. The living room with a full view of the garden and swimming pool has a comfortable seating area, TV (streaming) channels, and a pellet stove. Equipped with air conditioning.
Through the hallway, you reach the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed (160x200cm) with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: has a double bed (160x200cm) and shares the ensuite bathroom with bedroom 1. Bedroom 3: has a double bed (160x200cm). Bedroom 4: has 2 x single beds (90x200cm). Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 border the outdoor terrace by the swimming pool. Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All bedrooms have window screens and are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA SELENE
What luck with so much outdoor space, beautiful views, and plenty of privacy. From the vacation home, you walk onto the terrace with the private swimming pool right there, surrounded by 8 sun loungers. Parasols are available. The Naja has a lovely lounge set where you can enjoy the surroundings in the shade while sipping your coffee or another delicious drink. Outside, there is a dining area and a built-in BBQ.

Special features
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 14 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, with a minimum of 11 nights. However, your booking must connect to previous/following bookings and otherwise there must be at least 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination. We can give you a good recommendation for a reliable car rental company. Interested? Ask us about it when booking.

You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There will be no reminder. In order to process the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Debit will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
This property offers winter rental on request. There is central heating.
