VILLA MARGARET HOLIDAY HOME IN JAVEA
This holiday home with private pool is located in the beautiful Rafalet district in Javea and overlooks the valley and the Montgó mountain. Villa Margaret gives you a feeling of being at home. Upon entering, the homely atmosphere feels comfortable and when opening the terrace doors to the outside, the enchanting view will leave everyone momentarily speechless. It is not difficult to relax and enjoy the beauty of the green and mountainous landscape here. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Margaret (within one kilometre) you will find an excellent restaurant with an outstanding menu and the typical Spanish hospitality.

LAYOUT OF VILLA MARGARET
Villa Margaret consists of two floors.
Ground floor: In the living/dining room you will find a cosy fireplace, satellite TV with Dutch channels and a private WiFi connection (ADSL). The kitchen is very well equipped and has, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob and coffee maker. One of the most beautiful spaces in this villa is the covered terrace (in Spanish 'naya'), where the large granite table is located. Combined with the breathtaking view, this is the ultimate spot for atmospheric dinners.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (2.00 long and 0.90 wide) and spacious built-in wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms is the second bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and in the living room.
The master bedroom is on the upper floor and consists of a double bed (2.20 long and 0.90 wide) with high quality mattresses and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom has a large terrace with a view of the Montgo mountain and the valley. The en-suite bathroom is a fully renovated bathroom with toilet, bidet, walk-in shower and washbasin. On this same floor you will also find the laundry room with washing machine.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MARGARET
Outside it is an Eldorado. The villa has a private pool (9x5) with a large terrace around it, complete with a parasol and plenty of patio furniture (6 sun loungers). On the villa's grounds there is a gated parking space for two cars. The entire grounds of the villa are fenced, so your privacy is fully guaranteed.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must connect to earlier/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car for this destination.

- Electricity: 125 kWh per week is included

- High chair (indicate at booking if you want to use this)
- Cot (indicate at booking if you want to use this) If the baby is the 7th person: € 25,- surcharge for bed linen to be paid at booking

WINTER RENTAL
Villa Margaret is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The rent per four weeks is € 1795. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75,- per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, where an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.

Peace , space, views and a private pool. It is lovely sitting outside on the balcony in the early morning and evening. The town of Javea is a nice place for more tourist crowds you go to the beach. You have to go all the way up the mountain to the hosee more

Nice to be told e.g. about the area. Contact is very good. The house was great including the pool. Children really enjoyed the pool. In the evening beautiful view with all the lights from the valley. Temperatures were very high so we did not do many see more

Temperatures were very high so we did not do many trips. Preseason would be more convenient. But the village of Javea is a nice village especially the historical part. Have also been to Valencia, also a beautiful city and was a special experience to drive by car to the center (traffic circles and more cars next to each other than there are lanes). Towards the beach it is more touristy than the village especially in the evening. Notice that there are many tourists and foreigners with a house in the area. This does not always give you the idea of seeing the "real" Spain.

The space in the house is wonderful. Well clean and well maintained. Environment is beautiful. Central heating is nice in the winter. Spanish houses have many open spaces so the heat does go up. Beautiful views. But very high and steep so back and fosee more

Fortunately not, we have followed the news closely. We did not let it influence our vacation, except for wearing the mouth caps every now and then. 2 beautiful and warm weeks in Villa Margaret for us the 2nd time but certainly not the last. We would love to come back again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Unfortunately on Monday there was a group of Spanish boys in the house next to us with the necessary noise. They also threw eggs from their terrace in and next to our pool. So we went to the beach a lot, despite the nice pool.

Fijn dat er e.e.a. verteld wordt over de omgeving. Contact is zeer goed. Het huis was top incl. zwembad. Kinderen hebben erg genoten van het zwembad. In de avond mooi uitzicht met alle lampjes uit het dal. Temperaturen waren erg hoog waardoor we niet veel uitjes gedaan hebben. Denk dat in het voorseizoen dan handiger is. Maar het dorp Javea is een leuk dorp vooral het historische deel. Zijn ook naar Valencia geweest, ook een mooie stad en was een bijzondere ervaring om met de auto naar het centrum te rijden (rotondes en meer auto's naast elkaar dan er rijbanen zijn). Richting het strand is het wel toeristischer dan het dorp vooral savonds. Merkt wel dat er veel vakantiegangers en buitenlanders met een huis in de omgeving zijn. Hierdoor heb je niet altijd het idee het "echte" Spanje te zien.

De ruimte in het huis is heerlijk. Goed schoon en goed onderhouden. Omgeving is prachtig. Centrale Verwarming is prettig in de winter. Spaanse huizen hebben veel open ruimtes waardoor de warmte wel naar boven trekt. Prachtig uitzicht. Wel erg hoog ensee more

We hebben op het dragen van af en toe de mondkapjes onze vakantie er niet door laten beinvloeden. 2 mooie en warme weken in Villa Margaret voor ons de 2e keer maar zeker niet de laatste. De vakantie in Spanje is zeer goed bevallen. Jullie service was zeer prettig, netjes en snel, zeer tevreden over. Ook een fijne parasol van jullie aanwezig om mee t nemen naar het strand. Villa Margaret vonden wij meer dan perfect!
