LAYOUT FINCA GENCIANA
This atmospheric holiday home with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca is completely furnished in a modern and rural style with authentic details. There is a living room with comfortable seating area, dining area and projector (projection on wall via streaming).

The modern kitchen with cooking island and utility room is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, combination microwave, coffee maker and a 4-burner cooking appliance. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.10), balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and double washbasin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.80 x 2.10) and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) located on the robust wooden mezzanine. This bedroom also has its own balcony and an en suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have a double bed (1.80 x 2.10), en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer present. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.

OUTSIDE AT FINCA GENCIANA
What a lovely outdoor life! The garden of Finca Genciana is spacious, green and beautifully landscaped with a wide view of the surroundings and the sea in the distance. Centrally located is the private swimming pool (5 x 11 m, up to 2 m deep), surrounded by six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the garden house you'll find a complete outdoor kitchen with bar, refrigerator, barbecue, pizza oven and a dining table for 10 people. A nice place to enjoy the view and the silence until late in the evening. There is also a table tennis table for a fanatic game with the whole group. Parking is available on the property, with space for six cars.

- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.
- Finca Genciana is located in a quiet residential area where residents enjoy their privacy and silence. We appreciate it when our guests treat this with the same care.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 1,000 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To manage the settlement of the deposit in a proper manner, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction only occurs in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTAL
Finca Genciana is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by underfloor heating, air conditioning and central heating. The winter rate from 4 weeks is by arrangement. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service charges. For the most recent rates and availability, please contact us.

For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
