From the lounge area overlooking the pool you can relax with a nice book or cold drink in your hand. The beautiful bays of Cala Blanca and Portitxol are just 2 km from the villa. The more bustling area "El Arenal", sandy beach with boulevard, trendy bars and restaurants is only 3.5 km from Casa Vista Mar y Montgo. Don't forget to visit the old historic center and the port of Jávea with cozy restaurants and shops. Sports enthusiasts have also come to the right place here on the Costa Blanca, the Montgo nature park has beautiful cycling and walking routes.

Casa Jávea Sol is a truly feel-good holiday home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): two single beds made up as a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3: two single beds and a separate sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS AT CASA JAVEA SOL
The surrounding grounds of the house are a true Eldorado. You can enjoy the beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool with six sun beds and other garden furniture all around. There is enough space for everyone to find a nice and quiet place. If you do not want to spend the whole day in the sun, the naya and the canopy in the garden provide plenty of shade during a sunny day. The outdoor shower is equipped with hot and cold water, which is really pleasant. You can enjoy cooking on the outdoor barbecue while taking in the beautiful view of the Montgó. Private parking space and closed area with lockable gate.

VILLA MARGARET HOLIDAY HOME IN JAVEA
This holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the beautiful Rafalet neighbourhood in Javea and overlooks the valley and Montgó mountain. Villa Margaret gives you a feeling of coming home. Upon entering, the homely atmosphere feels comfortable, and when opening the terrace doors to the outside, the enchanting view will leave everyone speechless. Here it is not difficult to relax and enjoy the beauty of the green and mountainous landscape. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Margaret (within one kilometre), you will find an excellent restaurant with an exquisite menu and the typically Spanish hospitality.

LAYOUT OF VILLA MARGARET
Villa Margaret consists of two floors.
Ground floor: In the living/dining room you will find a cosy fireplace, satellite television with Dutch channels and a private wifi connection (adsl). The kitchen is very comprehensively equipped and includes a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner gas stove and coffee maker. One of the most beautiful spaces in this villa is the covered terrace (in Spanish naya), where a large granite table stands. Combined with the breathtaking view, this is the ultimate spot for atmospheric dinners.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each consisting of two single beds (2.00 long and 0.90 wide) and spacious built-in wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms is the second bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and in the living room.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and consists of a double bed (2.20 long and 0.90 wide) with high-quality mattresses, built-in wardrobes. DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 100 applies. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
Villa Margaret is suitable for winter stay. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The rental fee per four weeks is £1795. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for which are £75 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. For the most recent rates and availability, please contact us.
