Casa Jávea Sol is a top holiday home with a private swimming pool. Surrounded by greenery on all sides, you will fully enjoy your temporary home in Spain. Casa Jávea Sol is a truly feel-good holiday home. The Dutch owners made a good choice; the combination of the unique location with the pleasant ground floor layout makes this holiday home ideal for a relaxing stay in the sun. The casa has recently been fitted with solar panels and is eco neutral. This villa is a must if you want to completely escape from all the daily worries and crowds, but still want nice beaches and facilities within a short distance. Beach 7 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurants from 1 km.
LAYOUT CASA JAVEA SOL
The living room is spacious and equipped with a comfortable seating area, wood stove, television (with Netflix) and sliding doors with screens to the covered terrace, with dining / sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): two single beds made up as a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3: two single beds and a separate sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS AT CASA JAVEA SOL
The surrounding grounds of the house are a true Eldorado. You can enjoy the beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool with six sun beds and other garden furniture all around. There is enough space for everyone to find a nice and quiet place. If you do not want to spend the whole day in the sun, the naya and the canopy in the garden provide plenty of shade during a sunny day. The outdoor shower is equipped with hot and cold water, which is really pleasant. You can enjoy cooking on the outdoor barbecue while taking in the beautiful view of the Montgó. Private parking space and closed area with lockable gate.

The garden was well cared for and had several places to sit or lie down, which is handy because the villa is a bit higher up and you therefore notice more of the wind. The villa is a bit higher than the rest and therefore has a very wide view of the region. You have a good sense of privacy and there is no nuisance from others. In the house was a binder with all kinds of information and tips. There are many good restaurants a short drive away. Supermarket (in Javea) at 12 minutes drive. Golf course 8 minutes drive. Denia 20-25 minutes drive. Next year the villa for 4 weeks booked!

Despite Covid-19 we had a super vacation. It was very quiet in the supermarkets, villages and on the promenade and beach. But that was just an advantage. Furthermore, we enjoyed the view, the nice weather and the pool. We will definitely come back. Ysee more

I wondered what my favorite spot would be, but I literally cannot decide. I loved sitting in the naya enjoying the beautiful open view with a glass of wine, the little sitting area next to the pool for reading, the fireplace in the loungs is so cozy in the evening and even the kitchen with the little bar was great for spending time with my family. If you are looking for a relaxing summer vacation or just a short trip away this is your place to be!!! 5 stars

What a wonderful house in a beautiful location! We were allowed to stay here for 2 weeks with our daughter of 20 and have enjoyed everything this fine detached house has to offer. From the living room and kitchen you can walk on the veranda, where you can enjoy your breakfast / lunch / dinner with at any time a fantastic view. Also in and around the pool is a good place, from the terraces there too great views and complete privacy. With 10 minutes drive you are in Javea for the fine sandy beach or one of the many cozy restaurants. We have been booking our vacations with Casita Travel for years and have never been disappointed, on the contrary ..... usually the accommodation and surroundings are even more beautiful than in the pictures! We have just booked our next vacation with Casita Travel again. In September 2019 we will be staying at the Costa Blanca again, we are already looking forward to it!

De villa was erg goed. Schoon, verzorgd, netjes & volledig ingericht en mooi gelegen. Zwembad was schoon. De tuin was verzorgd en had verschillende plekjes om te zitten of te liggen, wat wel handig omdat de villa wat hoger ligt en je daarom meer merksee more

De tuin was verzorgd en had verschillende plekjes om te zitten of te liggen, wat wel handig omdat de villa wat hoger ligt en je daarom meer merkt van wind. De villa ligt wat hoger dan de rest en heeft daardoor een heel ruim uitzicht over de regio. Je hebt een goed gevoel van privacy en er is geen overlast van anderen. In het huis was een ordner met allerlei informatie en tips. Er zijn veel goede restaurants op korte rij afstand. Supermarkt (in Javea) op 12 minuten rijden. Golfbaan op 8 minuten rijden. Denia op 20-25 minuten rijden. Volgend jaar de villa voor 4 weken geboekt!

Ondanks Covid-19 hebben wij een super vakantie gehad. Het was erg rustig in de supermarkten, plaatsjes en op de boulevard en het strand. Maar dat was alleen maar een voordeel. Verder heerlijk genoten van het uitzicht, het lekkere weer en het zwembad.see more

Verder heerlijk genoten van het uitzicht, het lekkere weer en het zwembad. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om bij supermarkten en dorpjes te komen.

Deze villa is een heerlijk thuis weg van huis. Vanaf het eerste moment dat je binnenkomt voel je met hoeveel liefde het is ingericht en ontworpen. Ik vroeg me af wat mijn favoriete plek zou zijn, maar ik kan letterlijk niet beslissen. Ik hield ervan om in de naya te zitten genieten van het prachtige open uitzicht met een glas wijn, het kleine zithoekje naast het zwembad om te lezen, de open haard in de loungs is zo gezellig in de avond en zelfs in de keuken met de kleine bar was het geweldig om tijd door te brengen met mijn familie. Als u op zoek bent naar een ontspannen zomervakantie of gewoon een korte trip weg dit is uw plek om te zijn!!! 5 sterren

Wij mochten hier 2 weken met onze dochter van 20 verblijven en hebben ontzettend genoten van alles wat dit fijne vrijstaande vakantiehuis te bieden heeft. Vanuit de woonkamer en keuken loop je zo de veranda op, waar je kunt genieten van je ontbijt/lunch/borrel/ diner met op elk moment een fantastisch uitzicht. Ook in en rondom het zwembad is het goed toeven, vanaf de terrasjes ook daar geweldig uitzicht en volledige privacy. Met 10 minuten ben je met de auto in Javea voor het fijne zandstrand of 1 van de vele gezellige restaurantjes. Wij boeken onze vakantie’s al jaren bij Casita Travel en zijn nog nooit teleurgesteld, in tegendeel ….. meestal is de accommodatie en omgeving nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Onze volgende vakantie met Casita Travel hebben wij zojuist alweer geboekt. In september 2019 verblijven wij weer aan de Costa Blanca, we kijken er nu al naar uit!
