VILLA BELLA JAVEA VACATION HOME IN JAVEA
This villa is a feast for the eyes with a beautiful garden, a lovely private swimming pool and authentic Spanish details. Lots of space in and around this beautiful holiday home on the Costa Blanca. This holiday home is peacefully situated on the edge of the village of Jávea, This holiday home is blissfully quiet on the edge of the village of Jávea, in what connoisseurs call one of the best areas on the Costa Blanca, with spacious well-maintained streets and large plots; so much privacy. Villa Bella Jávea is centrally located near the golf course of Jávea and is only 7 minutes from the Arenal beach of Jávea and 15 minutes from the beach of Moraira. This villa has great outdoor living and is nice and spacious inside, recently completely renovated with a new modern kitchen and bathrooms. his villa has a great outside area and is nice and spacious inside, which is why we have awarded 4 stars to this villa. Villa Bella Javea is nearby Casa La Luz (nice to rent together with another family or a multi-generational holiday).
LAYOUT VILLA BELLA JAVEA
From the covered veranda outside you enter the living room with a comfortable sitting area, beautiful details and flat screen satellite television with Dutch channels. A separate open space is arranged as an attractive dining room with a long wooden dining table. This space gives access to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (Nespresso). Next to the kitchen through the door you enter the terrace at the rear of the villa. Lovely to be in the shade here and eat together along the big table. You find the bbq and pizza-oven on this site. From the living room you enter the long corridor with several bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is taken care of, down to the last detail in this holiday home on the Costa Blanca. All four bedrooms have two single beds. All four bedrooms have two single beds and are equipped with mosquito nets, fans and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a television with streaming services such as Netflix and HBO, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms share a second spacious bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Wi-Fi available throughout the villa. There is also WiFi throughout the villa.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA BELLA JAVEA
From the living room of the villa you step onto the very spacious and cozy covered veranda. From the large dining table or from the nice lounge set you can enjoy the fantastic view of the area even more. the child-friendly swimming pool is unique; v-shaped swimming pool, approximately 9 x 4.5 m, for swimming and a plateau of approximately 10m2 to enjoy the sun lying or sitting in the water. You can largely stand in the pool, making it easy to play with a ball. There is a fun slide at the deep end of the pool. In the evening the pool can be illuminated with multiple colors. There is plenty of room to play around the villa. On the spacious outside terrace (partly covered) you can enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning. After a beach day you can enjoy cooking outside on the barbecue, on top of that you have a nice outdoor bar to make your stay complete. Children will have plenty of fun. There is a football field, table tennis table and football table. In short; this villa on the Costa Blanca provides a wonderful holiday for the whole family. There are lovely sunbeds by the pool. There are many fruit trees (including oranges and cherries: pick them!) And the various terraces with seats complete your stay. Outside you have a lovely roof terrace with a view of the beautiful surroundings. On your own terrain, which is accessible through the automatic gate with remote control, there are also two carports and additional parking space for four passenger cars.

The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible from november to march.

Excellent contact with Casita Travel. A few small things were not so good but otherwise the house was great! Location is fine. Lovely to be with each other and Javea is a nice area.

We had a great holiday with our family, 6 adults and 2 grandchildren of 1 and 3 years old in the period May 18-25, 2019 in this house. Everything is in stock up to and including toys for the pool. The contact on site was also very pleasant. Several bsee more

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bella Javea. Although the photos already gave a very good impression of the villa and the garden around it, the wow feeling was even more when we were actually there. You feel like royalty 🙂 The villa is fully equipped, has a number of terraces and a lovely swimming pool including toys. Our 3-year-old son, the grandfathers and grandmothers and ourselves had a lot of fun with it. We were also very satisfied with the beds: they were wonderful. Supermarkets and several beautiful beaches were a short distance from the house. We have also made very nice trips to Guadelest, Altea and we have been to Valencia (recommended!). The only downside I can think of is that there were a lot of mosquitoes. But that's not something anyone can do anything about. The villa was in any case equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and doors, so you hardly had any problems in the house. In short, I can recommend this fantastic villa with beautiful surroundings to everyone!

We had a wonderful time and were now for the second time in this villa. This year a dining table has been placed behind the house near the barbecue. We all spent a lot of time there. The space and the football field are the reasons we were here againsee more

It was super in villa bella javea. It was a very spacious house that is really fully equipped. With 8 people there was more than enough space for everyone. Because the house has several terraces, there is always a place to eat together in the shade. see more

The contact with the contact person on site went very smoothly and she always responded very quickly and adequately to all questions we had. We only had to send an app and we had an answer within a few minutes. Super!

Het was voor ons een perfect huis en centraal gelegen. Ideaal met kinderen, en lekker ruim, dus iedereen had zijn eigen kamer. Wij kennen de omgeving al goed, dus voor ons was het niet nieuw, maar het huis is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Met name de tuin, de bbq ruimte en het zwembad waren heerlijke plekken. Echt een vakantiegevoel. De bar hebben we niet gebruikt omdat er geen koelkastje stond maar verder alles buiten met veel plezier ervaren

Het was heerlijk! Geweldig huis met grote tuin, mooi zwembad, allerlei faciliteiten zoals tafeltennistafel, prachtig uitzicht. We hebben genoten. Service was ook goed, bij aankomst op vliegveld hadden we een al een berichtje ontvangen van Louise die see more

Op de dag van vertrek gaf ze ook aan dat het niet uitmaakte hoe laat we vertrokken omdat huis na ons niet geboekt was, erg fijn.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Bella Javea. Hoewel de foto’s al een heel goed beeld gaven van de villa en de tuin eromheen, kwam het wauw-gevoel nog meer over toen we er daadwerkelijk waren. Je voelt je een koning te rijk 🙂 De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een aantal terrassen en een heerlijk zwembad inclusief speelgoed. Ons zoontje van 3, de opa’s en oma’s en wijzelf hebben daar erg veel plezier van gehad. We waren ook erg tevreden over de bedden: die lagen heerlijk. Supermarkten en diverse mooie stranden lagen op korte afstand van het huis. Verder hebben wij hele leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar Guadelest, Altea en zijn we nog in Valencia geweest (aanrader!). Het enige nadeel dat ik kan bedenken, is dat er veel muggen waren. Maar dat is niet iets waar iemand iets aan kan doen. De villa was in ieder geval voorzien van horren voor alle ramen en deuren, dus in het huis had je er amper last van. Kortom, ik kan iedereen deze fantastische villa met mooie omgeving aanraden!

We hebben het heerlijk gehad en waren nu voor de tweede keer in deze villa. Er is dit jaar een eettafel achter het huis bij de barbecue geplaatst. We hebben daar veel gezeten met z’n allen. De ruimte en het voetbalveld zijn de redenen dat we hier weesee more

De ruimte en het voetbalveld zijn de redenen dat we hier weer waren. Wij zijn echte liefhebbers van Javea en komen graag weer een keer terug!

Het was super in villa bella javea. Het was een heel ruim huis dat echt van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met 8 personen was er meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Doordat het huis meerdere terrassen heeft is er altijd wel een plaats om lekker in de ssee more
Het was super in villa bella javea. Het was een heel ruim huis dat echt van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met 8 personen was er meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Doordat het huis meerdere terrassen heeft is er altijd wel een plaats om lekker in de schaduw met zijn allen te eten. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk! Het contact met de contactpersoon ter plaatse liep heel soepel en ze reageerde altijd heel snel en adequaat op alle vragen die we hadden. We hoefden maar een appje te sturen en dan hadden we al binnen een paar minuten antwoord. Super!
