VILLA BELUGA HOLIDAY HOME IN XÁLO
Villa Beluga is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish village of Xálo in the Jalon valley. Away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a nice holiday home here to optimally enjoy the outdoors, furnished with taste and equipped with all comforts. The Dutch owners have it well organized, you will feel right at home here.
What a great view from the naja and the cozy terrace where you can enjoy the green surroundings at any time of the day. It is not necessary to always get in the car, because the restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance in the village. Jalon is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. If you like wine, don't forget to visit one of the bodegas. Just 15 km from the house are the beautiful seaside resorts of Moraira and Jávea with fine sandy beaches, nice harbors and water sports.
LAYOUT VILLA BELUGA
Villa Beluga is a lovely detached holiday home and consists of an upstairs and downstairs apartment.
Upper apartment
The upstairs apartment is accessible from the side and the front of the house. From the parking lot you can enter via a short route on the side of the house. Here you come directly into the cozy semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and beautiful Smeg fridge-freezer combination.
The tasteful living-dining room is located directly on the naja with a beautiful view over the valley. Here you will find a nice lounge sofa to the pellet stove, smart-television with all European channels, a cozy 6-person dining area and is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
From the living room (front of the house) you come through the sliding doors to the terrace / naja with dining area. From here you walk down a number of steps and you come to the terrace by the pool.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have comfortable box-spring beds. Bedroom 1: double bed (180cm x 200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds. There is a second separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows.
Groundfloor apartment
You enter the ground floor from the terrace on the ground floor. Here too it is nicely furnished and there is a nice sitting area, television with all European channels and a dining area suitable for 4 people. There is airconditioning in the living room. The kitchenette has a fridge with freezer, a combination microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The (third) bedroom has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Laundry room
At the back of the house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA BELUGA IN XÁLO
Through the entrance gate of Villa Beluga you come to a closed parking lot with space for 3 cars. We cannot stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably fine view of the greenery of the Jalon Valley, here you can enjoy optimal tranquility. The private pool (8 x 4m) has a spacious terrace of no less than 100m2 with an outdoor kitchen with electric BBQ and a very large dining table, so you can also dine outside. Due to the large terrace, there is enough space around the pool to relax on your lounger and where children can play.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Details
- In the period from July to August, we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking must be in line with previous / subsequent bookings
as much as possible, otherwise there must be at least 7 nights in between. Ask us about the possibilities.
- When you stay with a maximum of 4 people, the ground floor apartment is closed.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

- Baby cot including bed linen is € 50 per stay
- Beach towel € 7,50 each
- Interim cleaning € 80 only upstairs apartment, € 100 whole house

A security deposit for Villa Beluga is applied of € 250,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
WINTER RENTAL
This property is not suitable for winter rental.

Erica had already turned on the heating and took the time to show us the cottage and explained everything that was applicable. The cottage is cozy and stylishly decorated. We felt right at home. The view is really fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful. You can find the coziness and turmoil of the coast. Calpe can be reached in fifteen minutes. The valley is fantastic for cycling. In addition, the area offers many hiking opportunities and all walks were equally beautiful. It was wonderful that all the restaurants, the bakery and supermarket was within walking distance. There is much to do in the area and after this month we have not done and seen everything. There is much to discover.

We wanted a quiet environment and it was. Positives: that everything was clean and tidy! Obviously the pool, nice size. That there were some (clean) toys available, which my kids played with for hours. Bleutooth speaker we had on non-stop. Welcome pasee more

Het contact met Casita Travel was bijzonder prettig. Zij hebben al mijn vragen snel en accuraat beantwoord. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. Erica had de kachel al aangestoken en heeft de tijd genomen het huisje aan ons te laten zien en alles uitgelegd see more

Erica had de kachel al aangestoken en heeft de tijd genomen het huisje aan ons te laten zien en alles uitgelegd wat van toepassing was. Het huisje is gezellig en stijlvol ingericht. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch. De omgeving is prachtig. Je kan de gezelligheid en roerigheid van de kust opzoeken. Calpe is te bereiken in een kwartiertje. De vallei is fantastisch om te fietsen. Daarnaast biedt de omgeving veel wandelmogelijkheden en alle wandelingen waren even mooi. Het was heerlijk dat alle restaurantjes, de bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand was. In de omgeving is veel te doen en na deze maand hebben we nog niet alles gedaan en gezien. Er is veel te ontdekken.

We wilde een een rustige omgeving en dat was het ook. Positief: dat alles schoon en netjes was! Uiteraard het zwembad, mooi formaat. Dat er wat (schoon) speelgoed aanwezig was, waar mijn kinderen uren mee hebben gespeeld. Bleutooth speaker hebben we see more

Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
From the booking date until 43 days before check-in
30% of the total rent
From 42 days before check-in until 29 days before check-in
60% of the total rent
From 28 days before, until the check-in
100% of the total rent
No-show
100% of the total rent

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
