CASA FUZETTA HOLIDAY HOME IN INGENIO
Casa Fuzetta is an ideal vacation home for two families or befriended couples. Further down the road lies the private swimming pool (6 x 3 m) which can be heated for an additional charge. The generous outdoor barbecue lends itself perfectly to long summer evenings. Quietness and a high degree of comfort are central here. Around the private pool you can relax. The pool is partly shielded by a fence which makes it very safe for children. But that's not all, the pool can also be heated so you can swim all year round.
LAYOUT OF CASA FUZETTA
Casa Fuzetta consists of two adjacent casas, each with its own entrance. One casa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen. The second casa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. From the inside there is no passage to the casas.
Both casas have a living room with sofa, armchair, satellite television and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, sufficient kitchen utensils etc. Each casa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In total there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. All bathrooms are provided with a shower, toilet and sink. Also a washing machine and wifi are available. There is no airconditioning.
THE OUTDOORS OF CASA FUZETTA
The private outdoors at Casa Fuzetta is perfect. Outside you will find a lovely spacious terrace with a garden set. Via a staircase you reach the partially screened private pool with sunbeds and parasols all around. The pool can be heated against a surcharge. Casa Fuzetta is located in the countryside just outside the village of Ingenio. For nice picturesque squares full of terraces and restaurants Aguimes is the closest. Aguimes is less than 10 minutes drive away. In the center of Ingenio there are several restaurants, a supermarket and an ATM. The square Plaza de la Candelaria is also worth a visit with its beautiful church and fountains. Be sure to try a cappuccino in the coffee shop on the square opposite the church. Here you will also find two bakeries with stone ovens where the most delicious delicacies come from.

A beautiful house in a quiet area away from the mass tourism of Maspalomas, etc. Easy to reach from the airport and an excellent location to explore all parts of the island.
Communication and check-in were very easy and professional.

Communication and check-in were very easy and professional. The house itself is nice for a large group of people (especially families), the outdoor area and pool are a great place to relax. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy it much as this part of the island was always windier and cloudier than the rest of the island. In summer, this should not be a problem. We missed a dishwasher in the house and the possibility of heating the rooms (at least the bathrooms). In addition, the house was very well equipped, including towels, washing machine and a dryer. - Tim |

It is located in a quiet area of Ingenio with good weather (or, at least, we enjoyed it during the week in July that we stayed at the finca, although the wind was blowing hard). In addition, there are shops, pharmacies and everything you need close by. The pool is always clean because it is maintained every few days (the person in charge, by the way, was friendly, as were the gardeners). We decided to go to this villa because they allowed dogs and in the end we were surprised by the good condition of the house. As the only downside, we have to say that, although it is specified on the website, the house does not have Smart TV. As for the rest... we are very happy! - Alejandro

Een mooi huis in een rustige omgeving, ver weg van het massatoerisme van Maspalomas, enz. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de luchthaven en een uitstekende locatie om alle delen van het eiland te verkennen.

Een mooi huis in een rustige omgeving, ver weg van het massatoerisme van Maspalomas, enz. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de luchthaven en een uitstekende locatie om alle delen van het eiland te verkennen.
Communicatie en inchecken waren zeer eenvoudig en professioneel. Het huis zelf is leuk voor een grote groep mensen (vooral gezinnen), de buitenruimte en het zwembad zijn een geweldige plek om te ontspannen. Helaas konden we er niet veel van genieten, omdat dit deel van het eiland altijd winderiger en bewolkt was dan de rest van het eiland. In de zomer zou dit geen probleem moeten zijn. We misten een vaatwasser in het huis en de mogelijkheid om de kamers te verwarmen (in ieder geval de badkamers). Daarnaast was het huis zeer goed uitgerust, waaronder handdoeken, wasmachine en een droger. - Tim |

Het huis is goed uitgerust en vrij ruim. Het ligt in een rustige wijk van Ingenio met mooi weer (althans, daar hebben we van genoten tijdens de week in juli dat we op de finca verbleven, hoewel het hard waaide). Bovendien zijn er winkels, apotheken esee more

Het ligt in een rustige wijk van Ingenio met mooi weer (althans, daar hebben we van genoten tijdens de week in juli dat we op de finca verbleven, hoewel het hard waaide). Bovendien zijn er winkels, apotheken en alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt. Het zwembad is altijd schoon omdat het om de paar dagen wordt onderhouden (de verantwoordelijke persoon was overigens vriendelijk, evenals de tuinmannen). We besloten naar deze villa te gaan omdat ze honden toelieten en uiteindelijk waren we verrast door de goede staat van het huis. Als enige minpunt moeten we zeggen dat, hoewel het op de website staat aangegeven, het huis geen Smart TV heeft. Voor de rest... zijn we zeer tevreden! - Alejandro
