VILLA MIA HOLIDAY HOME IN KATO KALESA
A beautiful villa with private heatable pool. Villa Mia is a true paradise and surrounded by enchanting gardens and offering breathtaking views. A short distance from the villa you will find several nice villages and towns making this a perfect place for a quiet vacation in Crete. The panoramic view is phenomenal and to dream away. A true dream villa to completely unwind!
Kato Kalesa is located 10 km from Heraklion City, the capital of Crete. This village is small and cozy with only 600 inhabitants. Because of this, Villa Mia is in a quiet place where little traffic passes by the villa.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MIA
Villa Mia has 3 floors. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a large lounge, full of natural light, together with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On this floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a WC. Stairs lead down to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), a separate WC, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable sitting area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over, are located on the upper floor. They are respectively a double and a bunk-bed room. The villa also offer a useful gym. Extensive terraces provide lovely views. The villa has Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MIA
Outside the villa is a true oasis, surrounded by manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. There is a large private swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.5m). The pool can be heated against a surcharge. Sun beds and parasols are provided. For he lovers of al-fresco dining, there is an amazing outdoor shaded dining area with barbecue. Private parking is also available on site (3 cars).
