VILLA MAIA HOLIDAY HOME IN GERANI
Villa Maia is what you call a vacation paradise. This modern villa will surely please you as it has everything for a successful vacation. A nice pool to cool off in, a cozy outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area and within walking distance of the beach and nice stores and restaurants.
This villa is located in the beautiful Gerani. This village is situated between olive and oak trees. The beach is nearby and here you can visit a beautiful cave with stalactites and stalagmites. A little further away is the town of Rethimnon.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MAIA
Villa Maia consists of two floors. The house was renovated in 2018 and therefore very modern. On the first floor there is a spacious living room and kitchen. The two sofas can be changed into a bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. There is a separate toilet. On the first floor there is also one bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden.
The second floor has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and access to a balcony. The two bathrooms both have a shower, toilet and sink.
The villa has air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MAIA
The outdoors at Villa Maia is top notch! The pool offers the necessary coolness. The sun loungers and sunscreen provide a relaxing atmosphere around the pool. Want to eat outside together? You can! There is a nice outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area and barbecue where cooking enthusiasts can totally go out of their way. The beautiful panoramic view is to dream away! At the villa there is space for 2 cars to be parked.

Leider fehlt es etwas an der Küchenausstattung, Weingläser wären schön, eine Schüssel für Salat oder ähnliches wäre gut und mehr als zwei Kaffebecher sollten es sein. Den kleinen Abzug gibt es aber für die Matrazen. Es ist eine durchgängige Matraze gsee more

Helaas ontbreekt de keukenuitrusting een beetje, wijnglazen zouden leuk zijn, een schaal voor salade of iets dergelijks zou goed zijn en er zouden meer dan twee koffiemokken moeten zijn. De matrassen vonden we minder, je voelde de veren.

Auf einem Hügel gelegen, am Ortsanfang von Gerani, hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer und viel Ruhe. Der Strand, der Supermarkt und ein paar Tavernen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.see more
Auf einem Hügel gelegen, am Ortsanfang von Gerani, hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer und viel Ruhe. Der Strand, der Supermarkt und ein paar Tavernen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr, sehr sauber und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren bestens. Der Pool wird täglich kontrolliert und gereinigt und ist wirklich eine große Bereicherung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. - Ina

Gelegen op een heuvel, aan het begin van Gerani, heb je een heel mooi uitzicht op de zee en veel rust. Het strand, de supermarkt en een paar taverna's liggen op loopafstand. Andere stranden zijn slechts een paar minuten rijden met de auto. Het huis wsee more
Gelegen op een heuvel, aan het begin van Gerani, heb je een heel mooi uitzicht op de zee en veel rust. Het strand, de supermarkt en een paar taverna's liggen op loopafstand. Andere stranden zijn slechts een paar minuten rijden met de auto. Het huis was zeer, zeer schoon en biedt alle comfort. De airconditiong werkt perfect. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks gecontroleerd en schoongemaakt en is echt een grote aanwinst. De overhandiging van de sleutels was snel en makkelijk. - Ina
