VILLA EDEN I IN EDEN, LEFKADA
Villa Eden I is a beautiful villa on Lefkas with private pool where you can completely unwind. The villa has a beautiful panoramic view over the sea, so you have something to watch all day long, the view will never be boring. The most fantastic thing about Villa Eden is that you have your own private access to a terrace right on the sea with beach bar and comfortable loungers. You can dive into the sea via the stairs. The perfect place for snorkeling and diving. With a bit of luck you can see dolphins in the bay in front of the villa. You share the terrace along the sea with Villa Eden II. This terrace is only for guests of the Eden villas. When will you discover this paradise?
The bay where the villa is located is called 'the Rising Sun' because of the unique sunrises. Villa Eden I has a spacious private pool from which you have a view of the sea. The owners have furnished both villas with an eye for detail. Are you with a larger group? Then it is possible to rent both villas. The villas are located on the same estate. The beautiful sandy beach of Afteli is located at 5 km.
LAYOUT OF VILLA EDEN I
Villa Eden I is divided into two apartments with both their own private entrance. This makes the villa a perfect place to stay for companies who are with two or more families or couples. The downstairs apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, magnetron oven and a spacious refrigerator. De large living room has a satellite tv, DVD player and a radio/CD-player. In the living room, there are two twin beds present. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower, and hair dryer present. Also, there is a separate toilet.
The upstairs apartment consists of a living room with a tv, a dining area and an open kitchen that has all the necessities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a double bed if wished. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with also a toilet and shower. There is a covered balcony with a seating area. The bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning.
It is possible to add two extra beds (against payment) in the villa according to wish to make sure that ten guests in total are able to stay in the villa.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA EDEN I
Villa Eden I has a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea. In the distance, you can spot the islands Ithaca and Kefalonia. The private swimming pool (8x4m) is the perfect place to cool down, and to relax in the cozy sitting area after a dip in the pool. There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off. At the villa, there is place for three cars to be parked. The villa is surrounded by stunning nature and there is even a private entrance to the sea. You dive straight into the sea via a small staircase. There is also a terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds and a beach bar. You share this terrace with the guests of Villa Eden II.

Villas Eden is just as clean & perfect as the pictures on their website, but the pictures don't capture the feeling you experience being there. This place lived up to all my romantic dreams I had of holidaying in Greece. Arriving at Villas Eden seeing the stone villa’s, each with the most spectacular sea views & sunsets. “La dolce vita”, life doesn’t get better than this! It's a great place to stay and i would totally recommend it for anyone looking for a nice quiet holiday. I will have to start with the comfort, because we had everything here that I could have wished for. Everything was spotlessly clean. The villa itself is tastefully designed, immaculately clean with thought given to every detail. The swimming pool is just beautiful. We stayed in one of the Exclusive Villas which overlook the sea in the distance and are brilliant for beautiful sunsets over the pool area.The villas are very stylish and comfortable. Upstairs is open plan with a terrace overlooking the pool and another one to the side of the property. The bathrooms are spacious and everything is super clean. Eden’s location is perfect. Because it is up on the mountain, it is so peaceful & quiet. You don’t even need to go out to enjoy yourself, the pool is amazing and the accommodation is so comfortable that I felt at home. The gardens are beautiful. The service from the owners Eva & Karel are so professional, you won’t need to ask for a thing, they really do pay attention to every detail. 2 minutes from the private beach. The food in the taverns have the freshest & tastiest traditional food. Lefkada is a beautiful island with superb beaches and nice little villages. Besides the ideal environment for relaxation, you can’t help but be influenced by the Greeks laid back lifestyle… They really know how to enjoy life! Overall, everything was excellent. If you are looking not only for a place to stay, but to be treated like a family, look no further - Villas Eden is the place! Tom |

Villas Eden is net zo schoon en perfect als de foto's, maar de foto's geven niet het gevoel weer dat je ervaart daar te zijn. Deze plek voldeed aan al mijn romantische dromen die ik had over een vakantie in Griekenland. Aangekomen bij Villas Eden zie je de stenen villa's, elk met het meest spectaculaire uitzicht op zee en zonsondergangen. "La dolce vita", mooier dan dit wordt het leven niet! Het is een geweldige plek om te verblijven en ik zou het absoluut aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een mooie rustige vakantie. Ik zal moeten beginnen met het comfort, want we hadden hier alles wat ik maar kon wensen. Alles was vlekkeloos schoon, moderne faciliteiten en aandacht voor detail is de norm. De villa zelf is smaakvol ontworpen, onberispelijk schoon met aandacht voor elk detail. Het zwembad is gewoon prachtig. We verbleven in een van de exclusieve villa's die uitkijken op de zee in de verte en briljant zijn voor prachtige zonsondergangen boven het zwembad. De villa's zijn zeer stijlvol en comfortabel. Boven is een open ruimte met een terras met uitzicht op het zwembad en een terras aan de zijkant van het pand. De badkamers zijn ruim en alles is superschoon. De locatie van Eden is perfect. Omdat het op de berg ligt, is het zo vredig en stil. Je hoeft niet eens de deur uit om te genieten, het zwembad is geweldig en de accommodatie is zo comfortabel dat ik me thuis voelde. De tuinen zijn mooi verzorgd. De service van de eigenaren Eva & Karel is zo professioneel dat je nergens om hoeft te vragen, ze letten echt op elk detail. 2 minuten van het privéstrand. Het eten in de tavernes heeft de meest verse en lekkerste traditionele gerechten. Lefkas is een prachtig eiland met prachtige stranden en leuke kleine dorpjes. Naast de ideale omgeving om te ontspannen, kun je niet anders dan beïnvloed worden door de relaxte levensstijl van de Grieken... Ze weten echt hoe ze van het leven moeten genieten! Over het algemeen was alles uitstekend.
Als u niet alleen op zoek bent naar een plek om te verblijven, maar ook wilt worden behandeld als een familie, hoeft u niet verder te zoeken - Villas Eden is de plek! Tom |
