CASA PURA VIDA HOLIDAY HOME IN ESTEPONA
Casa Pura Vida, the name says it all, a place of delight. This lovely detached holiday home with shared swimming pool has a beautiful view of the sea. The most beautiful golf courses and the beach can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The great thing about Casa Pura Vida is that there are wonderful terraces with nice seating areas everywhere. This exclusive neighborhood (El Paraiso Alto) is known for its tranquility and panoramic views of the sea and valley. The villa has a unique interior in Mediterranean style with lots of luxury and comfort.
Further on is the spacious shared swimming pool that is only accessible to guests of Casa Pura Vida and the three adjacent villas. Estepona, one of the most beautiful places along the coast, is 10 km away. One of the nicest squares is the car-free 'Plaza de las Flores', an oasis of peace in the heart of the city. On the square surrounded by trees you will find cozy terraces and a fountain.
LAYOUT CASA PURA VIDA
This holiday home consists out of three floors. Casa Pura Vida is wonderfully spacious and light. The stylish living room has a smart TV (with Netflix option), fireplace, spacious sofa and direct access to a nice outdoor lounge terrace. Via a staircase you reach the dining room with dining area for six people. The adjoining kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient kitchen utensils. Via the stairs from the dining room you reach the third floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with a king-size double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
On the lower floor there is a bedroom with direct access to the terrace. One bedroom upstairs has direct access to a balcony. All bathrooms (two ensuite) have a shower and toilet. Two bathrooms have one sink and one bathroom has a double sink. There is heating and air conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom. There is also a washing machine and dryer as well as wifi. In terms of heating, air-conditioning that can heat is present in the living room, dining room and each bedroom. There is a heat plate on the ceiling in the living room and a fireplace. In the bathrooms, a towel rack that also acts as a radiator is present as well as an auxiliary heater.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA PURA VIDA
The outdoors of Casa Pura Vida is perfect. There is a spacious open terrace and a covered terrace with lounge. To the side is a terrace with dining area and nice barbecue area. From the terrace and the balcony upstairs you have a unique view of the sea. In addition to a nice lounge, there are also comfortable sun beds. Further on is the shared swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful green garden. The beach of El Saladillo is 1.9 km away and the nice center of Estepona is 10 km away. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Within a 5 minute drive are beautiful golf courses and the beach. A one-minute drive away is a tennis and padel club.
