This rural and unique holiday home is located in an area just about 15 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Denia. As soon as you park your car at your farmhouse and step out, everything falls away. You will be surprised by the beautiful location and the space around the farmhouse. Despite having a rural and quiet location, it is not excluded that sounds in the surroundings may be audible. We can only rave about this holiday home in Spain and wish everyone a holiday in such a dream spot! LAYOUT FINCA ROMANTICA
This cosy holiday home with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca is completely furnished in a rural style with beautiful authentic details. There is a living room with a comfortable seating area, fireplace, television with Dutch channels, and a music system.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a 4-burner cooking appliance. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin.

There is a separate toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. Both inside the dwelling and outside, there are level differences by means of steps.

The third bedroom is located next to the main house with a separate entrance and we call it the rock studio. A special studio, because part of a rock is located in the room. This room has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and access to the balcony/terrace with seating and a view of greenery and in the distance the sea.

OUTSIDE AT FINCA ROMANTICA DENIA
The beautifully, here and there somewhat wilder, laid out garden borders on all sides with the wonderful natural area and with in the centre the lovely private swimming pool (73 m2 and depth max 2.10 deep). On the spacious terrace around the pool, 6 sun loungers are present. Under the veranda with barbecue and large dining table, you can enjoy a snack and drink from early morning until late evening, with a view of the swimming pool, the illuminated garden and in the evening a beautiful starry sky. For children, it is also an eldorado, such a large garden to play in! There is an outdoor shower. Parking is possible on the property, with sufficient space to park a number of cars.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 450,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To manage the settlement of the deposit in a proper manner, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction only occurs in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
