CASA LAVANDA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
Casa Lavanda with private pool is located in a quiet residential area on the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell. It's a nice villa with lots of space inside and outside. There's a beautiful (pebble) beach in the neighborhood, this beach is called Cala del Moraig. This bay is sheltered between immense rock formations. This is an amazing place to go snorkeling, the drive is less than 10 minutes. There are some restaurants in Benitachell and on the Cumbre del Sol. The seaside resort of Moraira is a 15 minutes drive away.

LAYOUT OF CASA LAVANDA IN BENITACHELL
You reach the entrance of this comfortable holiday home via a number of steps. You almost immediately walk into the spacious living room which is equipped with nice comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. To watch television, you only have the option of streaming from your phone or tablet. Through the living room you enter the naya with seating and beautiful large windows, giving you a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with separate freezer. From the kitchen you reach the naya, with a phenomenal view of the sea and the pool.
Casa Lavanda has 3 bedrooms, which can be reached through the hall. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has a French bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA LAVANDA
From the naya you can walk to the small terrace upstairs and downstairs you'll find the lovely private pool (6x3m, depth 1.20 - 2 m). Casa Lavanda is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. The garden is a wonderful place to be. There is a lovely spacious kidney-shaped private pool. Around the pool are four nice sun beds. A perfect place for a relaxing day at the pool. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the grill plate outside.

- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Interior is more dated than visible in photos and some things do need replacing, but of course we have been outside for the most part :-) We have also been in a vacation home in this area through Casita Travel in 2016 and 2017. So we knew the destination and went for being in our own 'bubble' due to the corona conditions and that was fine. On the coast it was very crowded, despite all the restrictions, which were not very adhered to, but we largely avoided those areas. So relaxing by the pool did us good again after a year of no vacation :-) Easy and smooth communication with Casita Travel.

Interieur is wel meer gedateerd dan zichtbaar op foto's en sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe, maar we zijn natuurlijk grotendeels buiten geweest :-) We zijn in 2016 en 2017 ook al in een vakantiewoning in dit gebied geweest via Casita Travel. De bestemming kende wij dus wel en gingen voor het kunnen zijn in onze eigen 'bubbel' agv de corona omstandigheden en dat was prima te doen. Aan de kust was het erg druk, ondanks alle beperkingen, die niet erg werden nageleefd, maar die gebieden hebben we grotendeels vermeden. Dus heerlijk uitrusten bij het zwembad heeft ons na een jaar geen vakantie, weer goed gedaan :-) Gemakkelijk en vlotte communicatie met Casita Travel.

VILLA FLORES HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
A wonderful detached holiday home with a private swimming pool is Villa Flores in Benitachell, centrally located between Moraira and Jávea (both 15 minutes away). There is a nice covered terrace with a dining table and a view of the Spanish village of Benitachell and the mountains in the distance. What is especially experienced is the fantastic outdoor area with sun on the terraces all day long. You will experience an optimal holiday experience here, partly due to the comfort that this holiday home offers you. Remark with the pictures: the lounge set is now under the canopy directly next to the swimming pool. The dining table is placed under a new veranda on the side of the house.

LAYOUT VILLA FLORES
The spacious grounds of Villa Flores are completely enclosed. Through the beautiful large wooden doors you enter the terrace of this holiday home. The living-dining room has a sitting area, television with Dutch TV, music system, air conditioning (hot/cold), fan and large dining table. Wi-Fi is available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove and a Nespresso coffee machine. Children's crockery is available for the little ones. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) with air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and fan. Bedroom 3 (in betweenroom) : two single beds (90x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and fan. There is another bathroom with bath and toilet. There are screens on the windows throughout the house. Washingmachine and tumble dryer.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA FLORES IN BENITACHELL
You will spend many pleasant hours on the outdoor terrace under the verandas or on one of the sunbeds by the pool. A cup of coffee in the morning or hours of dining at the end of the day. You have a good view of the fine saltwater swimming pool* surrounded by 6 sun beds and a parasol. For enthusiasts there is a plancha on gas for a successful lunch or dinner at your own pool. There is a closed parking space for 1 car. A 2nd car can be parked in front of the door in the parking lot on the road.
*A saltwater swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special swimming pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment. Moreover, it feels much softer than sea and chlorinated water.

WINTER RENTAL
Villa Flores is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent per 4 weeks is upon request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. VILLA DADORES HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
This lovely holiday home on the Costa Blanca is located in a quiet villa neighbourhood of the small authentic Spanish village of Benitachell. Villa Dadores is a spacious and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool and covered outdoor kitchen. The Dutch owners have furnished the villa with taste, a holiday home where you will immediately feel at home! From the house and terrace, you have a beautiful view over the green valley and in the distance you can see a piece of the sea and the Penon d'Ifach of Calpe. The sandy beach of Moraira is a short 10-minute drive away. There is a very beautiful pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this small beach is situated between immense rock formations and is a fantastic place to snorkel. The resort town of Javea with its beautiful historic centre and lively boulevard is about 15 minutes' drive from the villa. This holiday home is very centrally located and has everything needed for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca.
LAYOUT OF VILLA DADORES
The living room has a lovely seating area, TV with Chromecast / NL TV (NLZiet) and fireplace. Adjacent is the open dining room with dining area and comfortable chair by the large window with a view of the garden and swimming pool. The open kitchen, with small bar, is equipped with all conveniences such as, refrigerator with freezer compartment, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are 2 coffee makers, a filter and a Nespresso machine. On this floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and double sink) and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180x200) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200)
From the dining room, there is a staircase to the upper floor, where bedroom 3 is located, equipped with 1 double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a bath, toilet, shower, and sink.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and there are window screens. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT VILLA DADORES
What a lovely garden with various seating areas, the private saltwater* swimming pool (8x4m - depth 0.7 to 1.9m) in Andalusian style and the fantastic (lockable) outdoor kitchen right next to the pool. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating area, stove, sink, refrigerator, BBQ (coal) and music system. There is a free and wide view and in the evening the house, outdoor kitchen and garden are atmospherically lit.
Around the pool are 6 sun loungers. Parking, there is 1 (private) covered parking space, and there is also sufficient space for multiple cars on the quiet street.
*A saltwater pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste or feel like seawater and has only a very mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorine water. A saltwater pool is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.
