PAVILLION MIRAMAR - HOLIDAY VILLA IN PUNTAGORDA
This exclusive villa with private pool (from September 2025) and sea views is located on a huge estate of no less than 20,000 m² in the Puntagorda area. Pavillion Miramar is a place of paradise and is entirely on one level. The Puntagorda area is one of the most beautiful natural areas on the island. Here you will see dozens of almond and nispero trees, various fruit trees and colourful flowers.
The centre of Puntagorda is a 5-minute drive from Pavillion Miramar with a supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and a couple of bars with a terrace. Highly recommended by the owners is restaurant ‘El Rincón de Moraga’ in the Argual area of Los Llanos. This restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide with excellent dishes for a reason. A more nearby restaurant we can recommend in Puntagorda is ‘Pino de la Virgin’ where you can enjoy delicious Canarian delicacies. There is also a good pizzeria in Puntagorda.
LAYOUT PAVILLION MIRAMAR
Pavillion Miramar has recently been completely renovated and transformed into a luxurious and exclusive villa of 80 m², suitable for 2 persons. The decoration with influences from Tuscany, Morocco and South Africa is particularly stylish. Large panoramic windows in both the living room and bedroom provide breathtaking views. The living room is spacious with white-wood ceiling, satellite TV, fireplace, additional wood-burning stove, sofa and luxury armchair. In addition, the living room has partial floor heating, providing extra comfort during cooler months. The floor consists of antique French terracotta tiles.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a double bed and French windows opening onto the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. It is lined with old travertine marble and handmade tiles from Fez. The metal sink is handmade in Marrakech and adds an oriental feel. Underfloor heating is also available in the bathroom. A washing machine is also available.
OUTSIDE AT PAVILLION MIRAMAR
The outdoor living at Pavillion Miramar is perfect. From your terrace with comfortable sunbeds and garden furniture, you have fabulous sea views. To the side of the villa is an additional outdoor terrace. Everywhere are fine seats to relax with a book or simply marvel at the view. Not for nothing do many spend entire days on the estate where you can take lovely walks.
From September, a beautiful private infinity pool is available. This pool, tiled with Indian green marble, measures about 7 x 4 metres and is 1.4 metres deep. The pool is equipped with a heat pump for heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace with an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue area and a complete outdoor kitchen. Parking is available on your own private parking space on the property.

Pavillion Miramar met all our expectations. The reception was great, the apartment was super clean, you don't see that often. The only thing we would change is the bed. It is very small for two people, one of whom is almost 1 meter 90. I would definisee more

It is very small for two people, one of whom is almost 1 meter 90. I would definitely do something about that, or give an option of a stretcher in the living room. The view was formidable, the garden magnificent, in short a real treat. The misunderstanding was resolved very nicely and pleasantly (delicious bottle of wine).

We really enjoyed our stay at Pavillon Miramar. The location, the equipment, the good taste of the decor, the tranquility, the surrounding garden with its flowers and plants and 3 terraces, the ocean views ... are fabulous. After some research and comparisons (also on site), we think that Pavillon Miramar is the most beautiful residence on La Palma for our taste. Our only comment is the heating in cooler temperatures, which we had. Since Puntagorda is in the northwest of the island, where the temperatures are a bit lower than in the rest of the island, you can expect it from time to time at this time of year. Fortunately, a wood-burning stove is available here, which we made good use of with the wood provided. The bed of 1.4m we experienced as a bit cramped, that's because we are used to more spacious ??? In summary: really a top stay!

Pavillion Miramar heeft aan alle verwachtingen voldaan. De ontvangst was prima, het appartement was superschoon, dat zie je niet vaak. Het enige wat wij zouden veranderen is het bed. Het is erg klein voor twee personen, waarvan een persoon bijna 1 mesee more

Het is erg klein voor twee personen, waarvan een persoon bijna 1 meter 90 is. Daar zou ik zeker iets aan doen, of een optie geven van een stretcher in de woonkamer. Het uitzicht was formidabel, de tuin schitterend, kortom een echte aanrader. Het misverstand is heel netjes en fijn (heerlijke fles wijn) verholpen.

Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Pavillon Miramar. De ligging, de uitrusting, de goed smaak van de inrichting, de rust, de omgevende tuin met zijn bloemen en planten en 3 terrassen, de oceaan vergezichten… zijn fabuleus. Na wat opzoekingswsee more
Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Pavillon Miramar. De ligging, de uitrusting, de goed smaak van de inrichting, de rust, de omgevende tuin met zijn bloemen en planten en 3 terrassen, de oceaan vergezichten… zijn fabuleus. Na wat opzoekingswerk en vergelijkingen (ook ter plaatse), denken wij dat Pavillon Miramar het voor onze smaak mooiste verblijf is op La Palma. Onze enige opmerking is de verwarming bij frissere temperaturen, wat wij hebben gehad. Aangezien Puntagorda in het Noordwesten van het eiland ligt, waar de temperaturen wat lager zijn dan in de rest van het eiland, kan je die wel verwachten af en toe in deze tijd van het jaar. Gelukkig is hier een houtkachel beschikbaar, wat wij dan ook goed hebben gebruikt met het ter beschikking gestelde hout. Het bed van 1,4m ervaarden wij als een beetje krap, dat komt omdat wij ruimer gewend zijn ?? Samenvattend: echt een top verblijf!
