VILLA AMAIA HOLIDAYHOME IN NERJA
This lovely holiday home is located in a quiet area of the pretty seaside resort of Nerja. From your terrace, you can see the sea in the distance. You have a nice outdoor terrace with dining area, barbecue and private pool (plunge pool 3.26 x 3.3 m). During your stay, you can also use the shared swimming pool with sun beds all around. You walk straight to the beautiful sandy beach of Burriana (800 m) along which you will also find several nice restaurants and bars.
In the historical centre of Nerja you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving access to covered alleys between the houses. Don't forget to visit the viewpoint ´Balcon de Europa´ from where you have a particularly nice view over the city. With a few minutes' drive you are in the nearby mountainous nature reserve where you will find many beautiful viewpoints including the coastline of no less than 16 km.
LAYOUT OF VILLA AMAIA
Villa Amaia consists of three floors. When you open the front door, you enter on the top floor. Here you will find the spacious and bright living room, dining area and open kitchen. You step out of the living room onto the balcony. There is also a separate toilet and air-conditioning in the living room. Via a staircase you reach the second floor with three bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with direct access to the terrace with private pool. There is one bedroom with a king-size double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Via another staircase you reach the lower floor with another double bedroom. Here is a second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the spacious garage with parking space for two cars. There is no air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom but there is a fan. A washing machine is also available as well as wifi.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA AMAIA
From the third floor, you step onto your own balcony with seating. A lovely place to have breakfast in the sun. From the second floor, three bedrooms step out onto the terrace. In the corner is the private pool (3.26 x 3.3 m, 1.8 m deep) with sun beds all around. Further along is the dining area and barbecue. You may also use the shared pool during your stay. The shared pool is open from June to September. The beach, shops, several restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of Villa Amaia.

What a wonderful place! Villa Valeria is located in a prestigious residential area only an 8-minute walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach. This newly built villa is stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. In the garden, you can relax around the private pool (5x4m) and prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue. The various terraces allow you to choose between sun and shade. A lovely place to unwind. Within walking distance of Villa Valeria you will not only find beaches but also the historic center of Nerja (15 min), Balcón de Europa (15 min) and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
Nerja's historic center is full of ambience: beautiful old houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving entrance to covered alleys. A visit to the ´Balcon de Europa´ viewpoint is an absolute must, offering panoramic views over the city. The hilly, green hinterland is also worth a visit, such as the picturesque white mountain village of Frigiliana.
Villa Valeria can be rented in combination with Villa Las Palmeras, which is attached to Villa Valeria. There is even a door connecting the two pool terraces of the villas. Together, these villas can accommodate 14 guests. Ideal for larger groups.
LAYOUT VILLA VALERIA
Villa Valeria consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen. The white accents give the room an open and fresh atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious and luxuriously equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. This room has a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet here. The living room is connected to the garden through large sliding glass doors. You step out onto the lovely spacious terrace.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom and features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share a third bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms also offer access to a balcony with comfortable lounge set and garden views. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you have spectacular views over the city, sea and mountains.
The entire house is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA VALERIA
Villa Valeria has a great garden with several terraces spread over different levels. Around the spacious private pool (5x4m) there are 8 sunbeds, where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day. There is also a parasol here. A few steps lead to the elevated veranda. This connects the garden with the house and offers a nice lounge area. To the side of the house you will also find a covered terrace with barbecue and large dining table: ideal for extensive evening meals and sipping wine. Not to mention the balcony and roof terrace. Villa Valeria's garden has something for everyone. At the front of the villa, there is private parking place.
Villa Valeria is close to the golden Burriana Beach. This is one of the Costa del Sol's most popular beaches. Burriana Beach is located in a wide bay. The sandy beach is also safe and fun for small children, as there is playground equipment on the beach. In addition, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas as well as pedal boats here. Along the beach, there is a beautiful promenade with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.
