Casa Vista Serena has been completely renovated with a lot of love and attention to detail and comfortably accommodates 8 people. The recently renovated open-plan kitchen and living room offer panoramic views of Zafaraya and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. These include a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a fridge and freezer, a blender, juicer, and a dishwasher. The living room, separated from the kitchen by an attractive double-sided fireplace, offers a comfortable seating area and is equipped with a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker for cosy evenings. The villa has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. From two bedrooms you have beautiful views over the mountains. The separate guest house next to the villa also offers a bedroom with bathroom, ideal for extra privacy. The guest house overlooks the pool and mountains.
OUTSIDE AT CASA VISTA SERENA
The outdoor living at Casa Vista Serena is truly special. Here you will enjoy complete tranquillity and will lack nothing. The private swimming pool with views, the comfortable loungers, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, the spacious dining tables and all the greenery around you make this a true paradise. From the patio you can admire the deep blue reservoir ‘La Viñuela’ and the impressive Zafaraya gorge.

LAYOUT VILLA MONTE SERENO
Villa Monte Sereno was completely renovated in 2023 and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with a fireplace and Chesterfield sofas, while the luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, blender, and a large fridge freezer.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There are spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from several rooms. From the separate studio with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, you can dive straight into your private swimming pool. There is also a nice sauna. Outside, the large covered veranda with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including pizza oven and barbecue, invites you to dine long evenings with friends or family.
Villa Monte Sereno is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MONTE SERENO
Outdoor life at Villa Monte Sereno is a true paradise. The large 40m² swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and hammocks where you can fully relax. On a lower terrace, surrounded by a citrus orchard, you will find an additional outdoor kitchen, a cosy seating area under an old olive tree and a daybed for relaxing.
For active moments, there is a table tennis table and a dartboard, while children can have a great time in the garden. From the veranda, enjoy the beautiful views and serene silence, interrupted only by birdsong.
