CASA CARTARRA HOLIDAY HOME IN AXARQUIA
Casa Cartarra is a lovely detached holiday home with a large private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) located in the vicinity of Axarquia. In the area of Axarquia, there are many small, white villages, the so-called 'pueblos blancos', which are beautifully situated between and on the hills planted with vines. The Dutch owners have furnished this holiday home in a modern and very stylish way with lots of comfort. Here you will experience lots of privacy and enjoy unique views. From your terrace you have a panoramic view and in the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The ideal combination of peace and tranquility while you can look up the crowds in no time.

A supermarket is just a 7 minute drive away and the beautiful sandy beach of Torre del Mar is a 15 minute drive from Casa Cartarra. During your stay, be sure to visit the picturesque white village of Comares, a 35-minute drive from Casa Cartarra. The village is quite high, at more than 700 m. Because it is built on a rock, you have a beautiful view. On clear days you can even see the Mediterranean Sea. A beautiful walking route has been mapped out in the village, simply follow the blue tiles and you will pass all the beautiful places.

LAYOUT CASA CARTARRA
This holiday home is perfect for families, couples or friends. Casa Cartarra is very spacious and equipped with plenty of luxury and comfort. There is even a real workplace for 2 people with two sitting/standing desks and 1 large monitor. This in combination with excellent wifi makes Casa Cartarra also perfect for a workation. The living room is light and spacious and equipped with a nice sitting area, dining area and television (google chromecast instead of television channels so you can play your own streaming services). The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, hand blender, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker Cups (Nespresso/Dolce Gusto).

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 220 cm), terrace and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 200), terrace and ensuite bathroom. There are two bathrooms with shower, bath with shower above, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet in Casa Cartarra. For the children there is a dartboard and various board and card games. There is air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in all bedrooms. There are also mosquito nets on the windows. The holiday home can be heated by means of the fireplace and air conditioning (hot and cold). There is also a safe as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA CARTARRA IN AXARQUIA
The private outdoors of Casa Cartarra are perfect. This holiday home has a completely enclosed area and lots of privacy. Take a dip in the spacious private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy the panoramic view from your own lounge set. The terrace has six sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The parasol and covered veranda provide shade on hot summer days. There is also a outdoor kitchen (new) with mobile gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. The site has space for four (rental) cars.

From the village of Canillas de Aceituno (10 minutes from Casa Cartarra) there is a beautiful walk to do. That is the "El Saltillo", with the famous bridge. But there are many more beautiful walks to make, that's why in Casa Cartarra there is a book of "Zot van Wandelen" with 18 walking routes in the region.

Details
Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and 4 nights the rest of the year.
Arrival and departure possible every day of the week.

- Electricity 125 kWh per week is included (additional consumption € 0.40 per kWh via the meter)

Optional:
- A cot including bed linen and high chair for €40
- Grocery package: you will be informed about this one week before arrival
- Private chef: it is possible to hire a private chef (minimum of 4 persons) for a unique culinary evening. Ask us about the possibilities.

VRBO
If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: cleaning € 170, bedlinen/towels € 15 per person

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €750,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
