During your stay at Villa Anemolia you will experience the utmost luxury. The modern detached villa is located right on the beach of Maspalomas and has a heated private swimming pool. But the nicest place has to be the lounge with a view over the beach. All with all you will experience the utmost luxury. When you walk out of the gate, you are on the boulevard. You can walk to the sandy beach. In the garden there are several terraces, as well as a barbecue area to dine with family or friends until late in the evening.

LAYOUT OF VILLA ANEMOLIA
This villa with heated private pool on Gran Canaria is beautifully furnished. The modern living room has two leather sofas, a satellite television (smart TV), stereo and dining area. The white high-gloss kitchen has an electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and sufficient kitchen utensils. On the first floor there are also two bedrooms, both with a double bed (two single mattresses). Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. The villa is very safe, a high fence has been placed around the villa with alarm and access code. From the lounge terrace upstairs you look over the gate and you the sea, the beach and the boulevard.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa. You will also find a washing machine.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor is a second living room with satellite television, leather corner sofa and two armchairs. Next to the living room is the open kitchen with dining area. This kitchen also has an electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sufficient kitchenware, etc. The third and fourth bedrooms are also equipped with a double bed (two single mattresses) and ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet, hair dryer and sink.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA ANEMOLIA
The outdoor life is just perfect here. From the living room you reach the partly covered terrace with dining area and luxurious lounge. Here you have a beautifull view of the beach through sliding doors. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside and of course relax in the lounge set.

Via the stairs you reach the lower terrace with sunbeds, outdoor shower, barbecue, private pool and several lounge areas. The gate gives access to the boulevard and the beach. Several cars can be parked on the private parking space.

Villa Anemolia is located in the south of Gran Canaria, Maspalomas near La Charca. From the villa there is direct access to the promenade. After a few minutes' walk you will also reach the boulevard of Meloneras. Here you will find excellent restaurants and shops of almost all major brands. Shoppers will certainly get their money's worth here. The seaside town of Meloneras is known for its excellent spa complexes. Think Lopesan Costa Meloneras (with a sea view!), private terrace and saltwater jacuzzi. Here you can be pampered. Thai, Indian and Japanese Shiatsu treatments are available to book.

Golf enthusiasts can play a round on the 18-hole Lopesan Meloneras golf course. From villa Anemolia you can walk to the Dunas de Maspalomas: a unique protected nature reserve of 400 hectares with a beach, dunes of organic sand, a palm tree forest and a lagoon.

You will be asked on site for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that you will receive the deposit back on your account within 72 hours after departure if you have left the holiday home in correct condition.

VILLA MASPALOMAS HOLIDAY HOME IN MASPALOMAS
Villa Maspalomas is a nice and modern villa with heated private pool and ideal for families with children. The villa is located on the golf course, well-furnished and has a lovely private swimming pool (9 x 7m) and even has a separate spacious children's pool. Due to the glass partition in the garden, the pool is well separated from the villa. The villa is 2.3 km from Maspalomas beaches and 5 km from Playa del Ingles. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over the golf course on your terrace.

LAYOUT OF VILLA MASPALOMAS
Villa Maspalomas has a stylish interior. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. The living room is spacious and well-furnished with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table with chairs. If you still want to work during your stay, you can do, so at the desk in the living room. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other 3 bedrooms are provided with single beds. All rooms are equipped with fan, mosquito nets, windows overlooking the garden and spacious wardrobes. The two bathrooms, each divided by two bedrooms, are equipped with shower, hairdryer and bidet. In the basement of the villa there is even a snooker room with billiard table and a dart board. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is also wi-fi.

OUTDOORS OF VILLA MASPALOMAS
The outdoors at Villa Maspalomas is perfect due to the well-kept garden and ideal location. Around the private pool are sunbeds of which you have a beautiful view of the golf course, umbrellas for the necessary shade. There is also a covered terrace with a nice dining table with chairs and lounge sofa. Due to the glass partition in the garden, the swimming pool is well closed for small children. The private swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost. Of course there is also a barbecue waiting for you at the villa. The villa also has a private parking space.
