VILLA NOREÑA HOLIDAY HOME IN CALPE
We rarely discover a holiday home with such an overwhelming panoramic view. During the day, you can marvel at the azure blue sea and the resort of Calpe in the distance, and in the evening, you can enjoy dozens of sparkling lights. The Dutch owners have furnished Villa Noreña particularly beautifully, using a modern design. This villa with a heatable private swimming pool in Calpe is excellently suited for a stay of two families. On the enormous outdoor terrace, you can sunbathe comfortably on the sun loungers or take a dip in the private swimming pool.
LAYOUT OF VILLA NOREÑA
Villa Noreña is a beautiful design villa consisting of three floors and perfect for a stay with two families. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with plenty of light and space, equipped with a corner sofa, satellite television (Dutch channels) with DVD player and a beautiful wooden dining area with luxury armchairs. The kitchen is sleek and modern, featuring a 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (200 x 160 cm) and French doors leading to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. On the ground floor are the third and fourth bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (200 x 160 cm), with one bedroom having French doors leading to the balcony. These bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, two washbasins, and a toilet. Additionally, on the ground floor, you will find a second living room and a second kitchen. The living room is fitted with a corner sofa and dining area with an open kitchen. The second kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and sufficient kitchenware.
On the ground floor, there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The first floor, ground floor, and bedrooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating. The kitchen and living room on the ground floor are heated by air conditioning. For children, there are DVDs, Blu-rays, board games, books, and a game console available. Through the patio doors from the living room, you can step directly onto the outdoor terrace, which is partially covered. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA NOREÑA
The covered terrace is equipped with terrace heaters and a nice garden set. Around the swimming pool, you'll find comfortable sunbeds and lounge beds. Further on, you'll find the spacious outdoor barbecue to cook deliciously outside. In the evening, the villa is beautifully romantically lit by outdoor lighting and pool lighting. There is also a private parking space (carport). Due to the location of this villa, the sun will not be present on the grounds in the afternoon during autumn and winter. Of course, you can still sit outside and endlessly enjoy the view and, if necessary, use the terrace heaters. In the summer months, you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon, after which you can optimally enjoy the long, sultry evenings.

In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must connect with previous/next bookings or there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities. We recommend hiring a car at this destination.
If you want to book Villa Noreña with small children or elderly persons, please contact us. There are also several stairs (both inside and outside) without handrails.

You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Villa Noreña is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. During this period, rental is only possible per month (min. 30 nights). The villa is heated by a heat pump (calculated based on a meter at € 0.40 per kWh and averages € 150,- per week), to be paid in cash on site. During the winter months, sunlight on the terrace is limited, depending on the month. In the period from November to March, the rental price is € 1600,- per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. The view and space in the villa are wonderful. The villa is fully equipped. We were allowed to check out a little later which was very pleasant. There was also a welcome package ready and there was plenty of privacy. It was well cleaned.

De woning, het zwembad en het uitzicht zijn heerlijk. De ligging is fraai, maar in de herfst komt de zon niet of nauwelijks op het terras.

Het uitzicht en de ruimte in de villa zijn heerlijk. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten iets latern uitchecken wat heel erg prettig was. Ook stond er een welkomspakket klaar en was er veel privacy. Het was goed schoongemaakt.

Tot onze spijt hebben wij dit prachtige huis 2 weken eerder moeten verlaten. Het Coronavirus heeft ons terug naar NL geroepen. Dit op advies van jullie, ANWB & buitenlandse zaken. Desalniettemin hebben wij enorm genoten van Villa Norena. De eerste kesee more
Tot onze spijt hebben wij dit prachtige huis 2 weken eerder moeten verlaten. Het Coronavirus heeft ons terug naar NL geroepen. Dit op advies van jullie, ANWB & buitenlandse zaken. Desalniettemin hebben wij enorm genoten van Villa Norena. De eerste keer was de weg naar boven even wennen, maar gaandeweg ging dat beter. Prachtig uitzicht, prima onderkomen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dank dat wij hier mochten zijn en wij nemen contact of wij hier nog eens kunnen verblijven.

Wij hebben in september met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze villa. Alles is echt top! Het huis is ruim en heel comfortabel. Het veel geprezen uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. We waren met een baby dus veel aan huis gebonden. Het weer wasee more

Complimenten voor de eigenaars, de inrichting en aankleding zijn heel smaakvol!
