VILLA ILARIA HOLIDAY HOME IN CAGLI
This spacious holiday villa has everything you need. Here you can completely unwind thanks to the heated private pool, the wonderful whirlpool and the phenomenal panoramic views. Around the house there are several cozy seating areas and lounge chairs. Would you like to bake some delicious pizzas yourself? You can! The wood oven that is available outside makes that possible. Rather visit a nice town and eat there? This is also possible because less than 4 km away is the town of Cagli where enough nice bars, restaurants and stores can be found. In short, Villa Ilaria has something for everyone!
Villa Ilaria is less than 4 kilometers from the town of Cagli. Here you can see beautiful old buildings or attend fun events related to nature and food & wine traditions. In August there is a music night with live bands playing in the streets. Are you a real meat lover? Then the annual barbecue festival is for you. This festival is held in mid-June. Various delicious wines and grilled meats are the main aspects during this festival.

The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch equipped with wood oven and fireplace, double bedroom with mezzanine floor with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and corridor with mezzanine with single bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with air conditioning), heated indoor pool enclosed by large windows, bathroom with shower and laundry in the pool area.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ILARIA
Villa Ilaria has several nice spots in the garden to sit in the sun or in the shade. The property is completely fenced. The villa has a private heatable indoor pool (10 x 5 m) with salt water, but thanks to the open patio doors it still partly feels like you're outside. You can also relax in the whirlpool which overlooks the mountains. There is an outdoor dining area with a wood oven where pizzas can be baked. There is also a barbecue, lounge chairs and parasols.

Zeer ruim huis met tuin, geweldig was het binnenzwembad dat ook verwarmbaar is (hebben we begin september gedaan), alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de keuken, badhanddoeken en handdoeken zijn ook echt voldoende. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelsee more

De villa is prachtig, alles precies zoals beschreven, het uitzicht, het zwembad en het huis zelf is droomachtig. Wij waren er in juni met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. De weg naar de villa op de berg is even wennen, maar je wordt beloond met een adembsee more
