CASA VIOLETTA IN CAGLI, LE MARCHE
Casa Violetta is a beautifully furnished casa with private pool, located in Le Marche. This country house is surrounded by green hills and is quietly located, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The holiday home is completely fenced and has a large garden. From the pool you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Because of the quiet location and many trees around the house, you will enjoy a lot of privacy. The veranda with dining table is ideal for al fresco dining. You can prepare your own dinner on the brick barbecue. On request it is possible to make excursions on horseback from your holiday home.
Casa Violetta is located in Cagli, an old town in the province of Pesaro Urbino. This town has restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There are also many special events, tastings and beautiful historic buildings to be found in Cagli. For example, every year on the second Sunday of August, Gioco dell'Oca o Palio storico is organised, the event of the historic Game of the Goose. During the weekend there are Renaissance parades, flag waving, fire shows, archers, crossbowmen and then on Sunday the classic Gioco dell'Oca o Palio storico that is performed in the local Arena of Sant'Emidio.
LAYOUT CASA VIOLETTA
Casa Violetta consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with comfortable sitting area, DVD player, dining area and television. The large kitchen with dining area has a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, blender, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. You also have direct access to the garden from the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double French bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. On the mezzanine you will find bedroom 5 with two single beds. Bathroom 1 has a bath, washbasin and toilet. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and sink.
The internal staircase leads to the lower floor with a spacious living room with sitting area and television and a 2-person sofa bed. Bathroom 3 has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The laundry room with washing machine can also be found on the ground floor. Also from this floor you have direct access to the garden. There is a fireplace in one of the kitchens and one of the bedrooms.

The outdoor life of Casa Violetta is fantastic. Around this beautiful villa there is enough space to find a spot in the sun or shade. Under the veranda you can dine al fresco with the whole company at the dining table. The stone barbecue and wood oven is perfect for grilling delicious fish. The spacious, private pool is surrounded by plenty of sun beds and parasols. Enjoy breathtaking views from the pool. You can also have a refreshing drink at the lounge area under the shade of the trees. You can't stop talking about the view: from the terrace you look out over the green valley.

We could not have been greeted by more welcoming hosts. On arrival we were bought coffee, and also assisted in doing a big supermarket shop. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs. Could not have asked for nicer hosts. Helpedsee more

Helped us organise taxis to and from the airport, (although I would recommend renting car as 15minute walk to the shops can be difficult when it’s hot). Such a beautiful house, with amazing views. They left us two bottles of wine, coffee, fresh pasta etc. I can highly recommend this villa, it’s the best experience I have had! - Poppy E.

The villa, the garden and the swimming pool are perfectly maintained and contain everything you could wish for. In fact, it is an estate with lots of space around the villa. The owners also helped us tremendously when one of us had some medical problsee more

The location close to Cagli allowed us to enjoy urban amenities and quickly visit various locations in the wider area. Hiking to the top of Cucco Mountain, for example, gives you one of the best views in the area and near the top you can even cool yourself in local caves. In the trees along the river, downhill from the estate swimming pool, at least one pair of golden orioles nested. The large oaks next to the barn on the top of the hill are a lookout for buzzards and occasionally roe deer walk through the garden. So, although you are close to Cagli, nature is almost literally on your doorstep. - Marc |

Da kann man wirklich sagen: Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Die Villa ist wirklich wie auf den Fotos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einer absoluten Traumlage. Vom Pool und vom Garten aus ein herrlicher Blick auf das Städtchen Cagli. Das Städtchen Cagli ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Liegen, Liegestühle und Tische sind ebenso genügend vorhanden wie Sonnenschirme. Besonders schön, dass es auch eine Liegewiese mit Bäumen gibt. Praktisch ist auch, dass sich vom Garten aus erreichbar eine zusätzliche Küche befindet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, so braucht man nicht einmal die Treppen hoch um Getränke oder Eis zu holen. Man hat überhaupt ums Haus mehrere Möglichkeiten es sich zum Essen oder Lesen bequem zu machen. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. - Kopp |

Ons gezin voelde zich absoluut thuis in de villa. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en Francesca en Emma hebben ons zeer goede restaurants aanbevolen. Als cadeau kregen we pasta, worst en kaas en een fles mousserende wijn.

Je kunt echt zeggen: kom en voel je goed! De villa is echt zoals op de foto's, smaakvol ingericht en op een absolute droomlocatie. Vanuit het zwembad en de tuin is er een prachtig uitzicht op het stadje Cagli. Het stadje Cagli is met de auto snel te bereiken. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden, ligstoelen en tafels en parasols. Bijzonder leuk is dat er ook een ligweide met bomen is. Praktisch is ook dat er een extra keuken is die vanuit de tuin bereikbaar is met een grote koelkast, zodat je niet eens de trap op hoeft om drinken of ijs te halen. Er zijn verschillende plekken rondom het huis waar je kunt zitten en eten of lezen. Een echte aanrader en we komen zeker terug. - Kopp |

De eigenaren waren bij aankomst zeer gastvrij! Bij aankomst kregen we koffie en advies over een goede supermarkt. Iedereen was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en tegemoetkomend aan onze behoeften. We hadden ons geen aardigere eigenaren kunnen wensen. Ze hiesee more
De eigenaren waren bij aankomst zeer gastvrij! Bij aankomst kregen we koffie en advies over een goede supermarkt. Iedereen was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en tegemoetkomend aan onze behoeften. We hadden ons geen aardigere eigenaren kunnen wensen. Ze hielpen ons met het regelen van taxi's van en naar de luchthaven (hoewel ik het huren van een auto zou aanraden, omdat 15 minuten lopen naar de winkels moeilijk kan zijn als het warm is). Zo'n mooi huis, met een geweldig uitzicht. We kregen twee flessen wijn, koffie, verse pasta enz. Ik kan deze villa ten zeerste aanbevelen, het is de beste ervaring die ik heb gehad! - Poppy E.

Een perfect landgoed met zeer gastvrije eigenaren

De villa, de tuin en het zwembad zijn perfect onderhouden en bevatten alles wat je maar kunt wensen. In feite is het een landgoed met veel ruimte rondom de villa. De eigenaren hebben ons ook geweldig geholpen toen een van ons wat medische problemen hsee more

Door de ligging dicht bij Cagli konden we genieten van stedelijke voorzieningen en snel diverse locaties in de wijde omgeving bezoeken. Wandelen naar de top van de Cucco berg bijvoorbeeld, geeft je een van de beste uitzichten in de omgeving en vlakbij de top kun je zelfs verkoeling zoeken in lokale grotten. In de bomen langs de rivier, bergafwaarts van het zwembad van het landgoed, nestelde minstens één paartje wielewalen. De grote eiken naast de schuur op de top van de heuvel zijn een uitkijkpost voor buizerds en af en toe lopen er reeën door de tuin. Dus, hoewel je dicht bij Cagli bent, ligt de natuur bijna letterlijk voor de deur. - Marc |
