VILLA DADORES HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
This lovely holiday home on the Costa Blanca is located in a quiet villa neighbourhood of the small authentic Spanish village of Benitachell. Villa Dadores is a spacious and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool and covered outdoor kitchen. The Dutch owners have furnished the villa with taste, a holiday home where you will immediately feel at home! From the house and terrace, you have a beautiful view over the green valley and in the distance you can see a piece of the sea and the Penon d'Ifach of Calpe. The sandy beach of Moraira is a short 10-minute drive away. There is a very beautiful pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this small beach is situated between immense rock formations and is a fantastic place to snorkel. The resort town of Javea with its beautiful historic centre and lively boulevard is about 15 minutes' drive from the villa. This holiday home is very centrally located and has everything needed for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca.
LAYOUT OF VILLA DADORES
The living room has a lovely seating area, TV with Chromecast / NL TV (NLZiet) and fireplace. Adjacent is the open dining room with dining area and comfortable chair by the large window with a view of the garden and swimming pool. The open kitchen, with small bar, is equipped with all conveniences such as, refrigerator with freezer compartment, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are 2 coffee makers, a filter and a Nespresso machine. On this floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and double sink) and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180x200) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200)
From the dining room, there is a staircase to the upper floor, where bedroom 3 is located, equipped with 1 double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a bath, toilet, shower, and sink.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and there are window screens. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT VILLA DADORES
What a lovely garden with various seating areas, the private saltwater* swimming pool (8x4m - depth 0.7 to 1.9m) in Andalusian style and the fantastic (lockable) outdoor kitchen right next to the pool. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating area, stove, sink, refrigerator, BBQ (coal) and music system. There is a free and wide view and in the evening the house, outdoor kitchen and garden are atmospherically lit.
Around the pool are 6 sun loungers. Parking, there is 1 (private) covered parking space, and there is also sufficient space for multiple cars on the quiet street.
*A saltwater pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste or feel like seawater and has only a very mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorine water. A saltwater pool is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.

- In the period from July through August, we maintain a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, however your booking must connect to previous/next bookings or otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend hiring a car at this destination.

To manage the deposit settlement properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Dadores is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by central heating (gas) and fireplace, gas costs must be paid in advance at € 75 per week. In the period from November to March, the rental sum is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. The house has everything you need for your stay,anything else can be arranged upon request. Contact (for questions) is easy and quick via WhatsApp. The house is located on higher ground, making it very quiet, but you can easily reach the hustle and bsee more

The house is well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. We had a great week, where we lacked nothing. We will definitely be back!

It is located high, so you have great views, if you want to go somewhere you need the car. Walking in the area around the house is a lot of descending and climbing and not really fun. Delicious 3 weeks had in this beautiful location.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa during our vacation in Spain! The house is incredibly spacious and offered more than enough room for our party of 5 adults. When we entered the villa we immediately noticed how nice and clean and fresh the house was. And overwhelming how beautifully decorated everything is.
The house feels like a warm blanket. We felt completely at home, also because the kitchen was well equipped. We could just make our favorite oven dishes because everything was there. The bedrooms are spacious with ample closets for your clothes and the shower was wonderful,even after 4 adults still nice and warm. “My” chair in the dining room remains a favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful view. Outside there is a spacious garden with pool an outdoor kitchen and beautiful views. An extensive supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car and Moraira is about 10 minutes by car you can even park for free in the large parking area. It is then only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Moraira is a great fun place with plenty of choice in restaurants, terraces and nice stores. We would love to come again. |

Het huis ontbreekt aan niets, alles wat je tijdens een verblijf nodig hebt is aanwezig of wordt geregeld als je er naar vraagt. Contact (mbt vragen) kan makkelijk en snel via whatsapp. Het huis ligt wat hoger waardoor het erg rustig is, maar je met asee more

Contact (mbt vragen) kan makkelijk en snel via whatsapp. Het huis ligt wat hoger waardoor het erg rustig is, maar je met auto ook makkelijk de drukte op kan zoeken! Het huis wordt goed onderhouden en was heel schoon bij aankomst. Wij hebben een super week gehad, waar het ons aan niks heeft ontbroken. Wij komen zeker nog weer eens terug!

Heel mooi, verzorgd huis. Wij voelde ons gelijk heel prettig hier. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit het raam in de eetkamer, mooie tuin, rustige omgeving. Alle benodigdheden waren in het huis aanwezig. Het ligt hoog, waardoor je een prachtig uitzicht hebt, wil je ergens naar toe heb je de auto nodig. Lopen in de omgeving rond het huis is veel daal en klimwerk en niet echt leuk. Heerlijke 3 weken gehad op deze prachtige locatie.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa tijdens onze vakantie in Spanje! Het huis is ontzettend ruim en bood meer dan genoeg ruimte aan ons gezelschap van 5 volwassenen personen.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze prachtige villa tijdens onze vakantie in Spanje! Het huis is ontzettend ruim en bood meer dan genoeg ruimte aan ons gezelschap van 5 volwassenen personen.
Toen we binnenkwamen in de villa viel ons ook gelijk op hoe lekker schoon en fris het huis was. En overweldigend hoe mooi alles is ingericht. Het huis voelt als een warme deken. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis, ook omdat de keuken goed was uitgerust. Onze favoriete ovengerechten konden we gewoon maken omdat alles aanwezig was. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met ruime kasten voor je kleding en de douche was heerlijk,ook na 4 volwassen personen nog steeds lekker warm. "Mijn"stoel in de eetkamer blijft een favoriet plekje om te genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Buiten is er een ruime tuin met zwembad een buitenkeuken en een prachtig uitzicht. Een uitgebreide supermarkt is op slechts 5 autominuten rijden en Moraira is ongeveer 10 auto minuten rijden je kan er zelfs gratis parkeren op de grote parkeerplaats. Het is dan nog maar 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Moraira is een geweldig leuke plaats met genoeg keuze in restaurantjes, terrassen en leuke winkeltjes. We komen heel graag weer. |
