Casa Primavera is a charming holiday home for 6 people in Benitachell, situated on the Cumbre del Sol on the Costa Blanca. From this charming villa, you can look out over the Mediterranean Sea. Outside is a beautiful kidney-shaped private swimming pool, surrounded by a sunny terrace with sea views. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the Spanish outdoor lifestyle.

Its location makes Casa Primavera an ideal base for a holiday on the Costa Blanca. The famous Cala del Moraig is about a 15-minute drive away and is a wonderful spot for swimming and snorkelling amongst the rocks. The coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira are also just a 20-minute drive away. This allows you to combine the tranquillity and views of Cumbre del Sol with the beaches, restaurants and lively atmosphere of the coast.

LAYOUT OF CASA PRIMAVERA
At Casa Primavera, you’ll feel right at home. The villa has been tastefully furnished and has a warm, Mediterranean feel. Natural materials, soft tones and cheerful splashes of colour create a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfectly suited to a holiday on the Spanish coast.

The cosy living room is a lovely place to spend time together. Comfortable furniture and the fireplace create a warm and welcoming ambience. The living room also features a dining area, where you can enjoy breakfast together or sit down to a leisurely meal.

The kitchen is located in a separate room and is fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher, oven, toaster, juicer and coffee machine.

The villa is entirely on one level and comprises:

Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace
Bedroom 2: double bed (160 x 200 cm)
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200 cm)

Bathroom 1: en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer

One floor below is a extra room for relaxation and entertainment. Here you’ll find an air hockey table and a table football. The tumble dryer is also located in this room.

In addition, an ironing board and iron are provided.

OUTDOORS AT CASA PRIMAVERA
Outdoors, the atmosphere of Casa Primavera really comes into its own. The terrace features a lovely covered outdoor kitchen with a comfortable seating area. The villa’s Mediterranean style flows beautifully into this space, making it a lovely spot to start the day at a leisurely pace or to spend long summer evenings together. The built-in barbecue is perfect for cooking together and enjoying a leisurely meal.

The kidney-shaped private swimming pool is beautifully situated on the terrace and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. There are six comfortable sun loungers around the pool, ensuring there’s a spot in the sun for everyone. Take a refreshing dip, find a spot in the shade or enjoy the view with a drink.

There is space to park two cars on the private grounds.

THE SURROUNDINGS
This villa is situated in Benitachell, in the well-known Cumbre del Sol, a beautiful spot on the Costa Blanca between Moraira and Jávea. From here, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings, whilst still being within easy reach of the charming coastal towns and beaches.

The Cumbre del Sol is situated high above the Mediterranean Sea and is renowned for its stunning views of the coast. The surrounding area offers a variety of walking routes, small coves and lovely spots to settle down for a long Spanish lunch.

The area is also popular with cyclists due to its hilly roads, challenging climbs and scenic routes. From Benitachell, you can cycle towards Moraira, Jávea and the green valleys in the hinterland, enjoying views of the coast and the mountains along the way.

Casa Primavera is therefore a lovely place for those who want to combine peace, space and sea views with the beaches and vibrancy of the Costa Blanca.

– From July to August, we operate a fixed arrival and departure day on Sundays. During the other months, we offer flexible arrival and departure days.
– We require a minimum stay of 7 days.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €350 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of the start of your stay. You will receive a one-off email containing a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.

To ensure the deposit is processed smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The amount will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

VRBO
If you book via the VRBO portal, the following charges must still be paid in cash on arrival. These charges are not yet included in the rental price: Final cleaning, including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made up: €285

WINTER RENTALS
Casa Primavera is suitable for a winter stay. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at this time of year. Winter rentals run from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by air conditioning units. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is subject to agreement. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which an interim clean and a change of bed linen and towels are compulsory.
