CASA LOS MOLINOS HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
This holiday home with private heated pool is located in a quiet residential area in Benitachell and very favorable to the nice (family) resorts of Javea and Moraira. Casa Los Molinos is a cozy holiday home at the end of a quiet street. You have plenty of privacy on the large terrace, where you can sit in the sun or shade. In the authentic Spanish Benitachell itself you will find some eateries, such as the lovely pizzeria in the center of the village, and a well-equipped supermarket for all your daily shopping. A nice (pebble) beach is the beach of the Cumbre del Sol. This bay is sheltered between beautiful immense rock formations. This is an amazing place for snorkeling. The drive to get there takes less than 10 minutes.
LAYOUT CASA LOS MOLINOS ON THE COSTA BLANCA
Inside of Casa Los Molinos: the living room upstairs has a sitting area with satellite television and a dining area. There are two bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1: a double bed with television and bathroom en suite. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Senseo coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Through the sliding doors you have access to the ample balcony terrace with seating, a lovely place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Airconditioning is provided in the living room and master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer available.
The ground floor is only accessible from the outside. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Casa Los Molinos has mosquito screens for all windows and fans in the bedrooms. Equipped with central heating.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA LOS MOLINOS
You will experience a special outdoor life in Casa Los Molinos. Via an outside staircase you reach the pool terrace with heated private pool (8 x 4 m preheating costs € 140,- per stay., please contact us to book). Under the roof you will find a seating area overlooking beautiful greenery, but also access to a kitchen and toilet. A wonderful place to spend the days in peace and quiet. There are sunbeds with comfortable soft covers and there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

- Other months of arrival and departure flexible, bookings must be connected or at least 7 nights between bookings.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.

Stay in the winter months
The house is ideal for a stay in winter. Winter rental per 4 weeks possible: rates on request. Winter rent is possible in the period from 1 November to 31 March and only possible for maximum of 8 weeks wiht an interim cleaning recomanded. When using the (floor) heating from the end of October to April, gas is not included. This is calculated on the basis of a meter and amounts to € 3.50 per cubic meter. This surcharge must be paid locally. With normal consumption, the costs will be approximately € 65 per week. The winter rental costs are exclusive: final cleaning € 150,-, bedlinen and towels € 20,- per person and costs for heating. Exclusive: reservationcosts, calamiteitenfonds and SGR guarantee.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: Additional consumption € 0,40 per kWh (via meter)
- Deposit € 350, -

But none of our bookings come close to this one. The contact with you was very pleasant. The reception and contact on site was also correct! And then the house ... everything about it is great. The location, the quality of the decor. Everything is there what you could possibly need and in perfect condition. Immediately upon entering it does not feel like a vacation home ... but like home. My compliments to the landlords!

Goede ontvangst bij aankomst. Het huis was super en een heel goed uitgeruste keuken met genoeg glazen, borden etc, en apparaten. Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Woonkamer gezellig en goede meubelen. Zoals ook de slaapkamers.

Great reception on arrival. The house was great and a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates etc, and appliances. Lovely quiet area. Living room cozy and good furniture. As were the bedrooms.

Boven verwachting! Echt top heerlijk schoon dat we aankwamen en zelfs een flesje wijn e. Frisdrank in de koelkast. Top geregeld! Een privé zwembad vonden wij fantastisch. Heerlijk met ons gezin. Mooie badplaatsen Javea en Denia en Xabia bezocht. Pracsee more

Wij zijn weer terug van een fijne, relaxte vakantie. Het huis was echt supermooi, alles nog nieuw, prachtig zwembad en prachtig weer. Het uitzicht was rondom vrij, echt erg mooi. Dagje Valencia, ook erg leuk! Kortom, zeer tevreden

Communicatie zowel hier in Nederland als in Spanje verliep zeer prettig, vlot en duidelijk. Je krijgt ook echt wat je boekt, “What you see is what you get”. Dit alles voor een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Kortom, een zeer geslaagde vakantie en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Allereerst wil ik jullie laten weten dat we ontzettend blij zijn dat we ervoor hebben gekozen om via Casita Travel te boeken. We hebben in de laatste 10 jaar vaker huisjes geboekt aan de Costa Blanca. Maar geen enkele boeking haalt het bij deze. Het see more

Ook de ontvangst en contact ter plekke is correct verlopen! En dan het huis… alles daar aan is geweldig. De ligging, de kwaliteit van de inrichting. Alles is aanwezig wat je maar nodig kunt hebben en in perfecte staat. Meteen bij binnenkomst voelt het niet als een vakantiehuis…maar als thuis. Mijn complimenten voor de verhuurders!
